Esta decis\u00e3o, que foi aprovada com quase 100% de apoio dos acionistas, marca um passo decisivo na reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa no \u00e2mbito da estrat\u00e9gia 2030, que visa um crescimento sustent\u00e1vel, e custar\u00e1, segundo o CEO Tobias Meyer, cerca de 37 milh\u00f5es de euros.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNas \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas, nossa empresa evoluiu da antiga Deutsche Bundespost para um dos principais grupos de log\u00edstica do mundo. \u00c9 hora de ajustar a estrutura corporativa historicamente desenvolvida\u201d, afirmou Meyer. No futuro, o nome Deutsche Post AG ser\u00e1 utilizado apenas para a nova subsidi\u00e1ria, que ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pelo neg\u00f3cio na Alemanha, especialmente pelo transporte de cartas e pacotes.<\/p>\n<p>Com este passo, a Deutsche Post AG, que surgiu como sucessora da Bundespost, ter\u00e1 sua import\u00e2ncia reduzida. Apenas cerca de um quinto dos neg\u00f3cios se refere ao tradicional servi\u00e7o postal, enquanto a maior parte se concentra em \u00e1reas globais como servi\u00e7os expressos e de frete.
