A empresa reportou um EBIT de 340 milh\u00f5es de USD, o que se deve, entre outros fatores, a melhorias operacionais cont\u00ednuas e medidas de controle de custos, conforme informado pela empresa.<\/p>\n<h3>Crescimento em diferentes \u00e1reas de neg\u00f3cios<\/h3>\n<p>Na \u00e1rea de Ocean, a Maersk registrou um crescimento de volume de 9,3%, acima da m\u00e9dia do mercado. A divis\u00e3o de Logistics &amp; Services tamb\u00e9m conseguiu aumentar sua receita em 8,7%. Os terminais da empresa aumentaram os n\u00fameros de movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o em 4,3%. Paralelamente, a empresa fez investimentos na expans\u00e3o de suas capacidades. A Maersk tamb\u00e9m continua o programa de recompra de a\u00e7\u00f5es no valor de 1,0 bilh\u00e3o de USD.<\/p>\n<p>A demanda por transportes de cont\u00eaineres aumentou, segundo a Maersk, no primeiro trimestre de 2026, apoiada por um forte crescimento das exporta\u00e7\u00f5es da China. De acordo com a empresa, a eclos\u00e3o do conflito no Oriente M\u00e9dio teve apenas impactos limitados na demanda e no desempenho financeiro no primeiro trimestre.
