Para isso, no ano passado, 731 navios atracaram no porto, conforme informou a autoridade portu\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<h3>Import\u00e2ncia econ\u00f4mica<\/h3>\n<p>O governador Brian Kemp destacou durante a &#8222;Georgia International Trade Conference&#8220; o papel da Georgia Ports Authority no fortalecimento da posi\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica do estado. Em suas observa\u00e7\u00f5es de abertura, ele afirmou que a capacidade de inova\u00e7\u00e3o e os investimentos na infraestrutura portu\u00e1ria s\u00e3o fundamentais para posicionar a Georgia como um local para empresas.
