A partir de maio de 2026, um caminh\u00e3o pesado movido a hidrog\u00eanio do modelo Scania 40R ser\u00e1 testado na It\u00e1lia em condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais de opera\u00e7\u00e3o. Este teste pr\u00e1tico faz parte do projeto europeu ZEFES, que se dedica \u00e0 descarboniza\u00e7\u00e3o do transporte de mercadorias.<\/p>\n<h3>Hidrog\u00eanio como tecnologia de propuls\u00e3o em foco<\/h3>\n<p>A Scania tem se concentrado nos \u00faltimos anos na eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o do transporte rodovi\u00e1rio de mercadorias, mas tamb\u00e9m busca explorar diversas tecnologias de propuls\u00e3o sustent\u00e1veis. A testagem de ve\u00edculos movidos a hidrog\u00eanio est\u00e1 atualmente em uma fase inicial, com foco em projetos piloto na Europa. A colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a Gruber Logistics visa posicionar a It\u00e1lia como l\u00edder no desenvolvimento e teste de solu\u00e7\u00f5es de hidrog\u00eanio para o transporte pesado.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto ZEFES tem como objetivo acelerar a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos el\u00e9tricos a bateria (BEV) e ve\u00edculos movidos a c\u00e9lulas de combust\u00edvel de hidrog\u00eanio (FCEV) no transporte de mercadorias europeu. Martin Gruber, CEO da Gruber Logistics, enfatiza a import\u00e2ncia do teste: \u201c\u00c9 importante destacar que este ve\u00edculo, embora ainda n\u00e3o esteja em produ\u00e7\u00e3o em s\u00e9rie, est\u00e1 sendo utilizado em opera\u00e7\u00e3o real gra\u00e7as \u00e0 colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com empresas l\u00edderes do setor de manufatura. Este \u00e9 um passo importante para acelerar a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de novas tecnologias e reconhecer imediatamente quais desafios potenciais uma empresa de log\u00edstica pode enfrentar ao implement\u00e1-las.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Detalhes t\u00e9cnicos do ve\u00edculo FCEV<\/h3>\n<p>O ve\u00edculo movido a hidrog\u00eanio \u00e9 baseado em um caminh\u00e3o-trator de tr\u00eas eixos, desenvolvido sobre uma plataforma BEV. Nesta plataforma, est\u00e3o integrados tanques de hidrog\u00eanio e um sistema de c\u00e9lulas de combust\u00edvel. O hidrog\u00eanio n\u00e3o \u00e9 queimado, mas convertido em eletricidade atrav\u00e9s da c\u00e9lula de combust\u00edvel. O objetivo do teste \u00e9 avaliar o desempenho operacional, a autonomia e os m\u00e9todos de abastecimento em condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais.<\/p>\n<p>Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os BEVs convencionais, um FCEV oferece algumas vantagens. Isso inclui uma maior autonomia, j\u00e1 que o sistema de c\u00e9lulas de combust\u00edvel permite percorrer dist\u00e2ncias mais longas, al\u00e9m de tempos de abastecimento mais curtos, de cerca de 20 minutos. Al\u00e9m disso, as redes de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e abastecimento de hidrog\u00eanio podem ser descentralizadas mais facilmente em certos processos log\u00edsticos, tornando-as adequadas para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es complexas.<\/p>\n<p>Simone Martinelli, Gerente de Vendas de E-Mobilidade da Scania It\u00e1lia, explica: \u201cBaseando-se na abordagem modular t\u00edpica da Scania, utilizamos a plataforma BEV e a combinamos com a tecnologia de c\u00e9lulas de combust\u00edvel. Este n\u00e3o \u00e9 um ve\u00edculo otimizado em sua configura\u00e7\u00e3o final, mas sim uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de transi\u00e7\u00e3o que nos permite aproveitar os desenvolvimentos na \u00e1rea de propuls\u00e3o el\u00e9trica e avaliar o comportamento do sistema de c\u00e9lulas de combust\u00edvel em condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Eventos e testes planejados<\/h3>\n<p>Al\u00e9m dos testes pr\u00e1ticos na estrada, tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o planejados testes de abastecimento, bem como demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e1ticas e din\u00e2micas. Os resultados e as melhores pr\u00e1ticas ser\u00e3o compartilhados com o setor. O primeiro evento conjunto ocorrer\u00e1 na Transpotec 2026, onde a Scania e a Gruber Logistics apresentar\u00e3o sua iniciativa no dia 14 de maio \u00e0s 12:00. Os visitantes poder\u00e3o ver o ve\u00edculo durante a feira na \u00e1rea externa.
