O acordo foi recentemente assinado e aprovado pela Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) da Nig\u00e9ria. A CEVA Logistics deter\u00e1 a participa\u00e7\u00e3o majorit\u00e1ria na nova empresa, conforme informado pela empresa.<\/p>\n<p>A joint venture operar\u00e1, segundo a empresa, o primeiro armaz\u00e9m na Lagos Free Zone gerido por l\u00edderes de log\u00edstica. Esta zona abriga o Lekki Deep Sea Port, que pode oferecer uma localiza\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica para o acesso aos mercados da \u00c1frica Ocidental.
