Segundo uma an\u00e1lise da empresa CBRE, foi registrado um volume de transa\u00e7\u00f5es de 1,4 bilh\u00f5es de euros, o que representa um aumento de 16 por cento em compara\u00e7\u00e3o ao primeiro trimestre de 2025. Este desenvolvimento indica um crescente interesse por im\u00f3veis log\u00edsticos, apesar de uma leve queda na participa\u00e7\u00e3o desses im\u00f3veis no mercado total.<\/p>\n<h3>Mudan\u00e7as na participa\u00e7\u00e3o das transa\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h3>\n<p>A participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos im\u00f3veis log\u00edsticos no volume total caiu, de acordo com a an\u00e1lise, em 13 pontos percentuais, para 70 por cento. Em contraste, a ind\u00fastria leve registrou um aumento de 12 pontos percentuais, alcan\u00e7ando 18 por cento. Os im\u00f3veis de produ\u00e7\u00e3o permaneceram praticamente est\u00e1veis, representando ainda 11 por cento do volume de transa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Outra tend\u00eancia \u00e9 a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da import\u00e2ncia das sete maiores cidades em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao volume de transa\u00e7\u00f5es. A participa\u00e7\u00e3o dessas cidades caiu em 10 pontos percentuais, para apenas seis por cento. A an\u00e1lise tamb\u00e9m mostra que as transa\u00e7\u00f5es de portf\u00f3lio est\u00e3o ganhando import\u00e2ncia. Sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o aumentou em nove pontos percentuais, chegando a 21 por cento.
