A empresa, especializada em cuidados de sa\u00fade mar\u00edtimos, defende que a sa\u00fade e o bem-estar das tripula\u00e7\u00f5es sejam considerados como um indicador-chave de desempenho (KPI) central.<\/p>\n<h3>Indicadores de sa\u00fade como base para melhorias<\/h3>\n<p>A integra\u00e7\u00e3o de dados de sa\u00fade nos frameworks de KPI permite que as empresas de navega\u00e7\u00e3o monitorem e melhorem proativamente a sa\u00fade das tripula\u00e7\u00f5es. Ao coletar indicadores de bem-estar, as empresas podem obter insights valiosos que ajudam a reduzir doen\u00e7as, les\u00f5es, bem como desmobiliza\u00e7\u00f5es de emerg\u00eancia e repatria\u00e7\u00f5es. Isso promove tanto a seguran\u00e7a quanto a continuidade operacional.<\/p>\n<p>O uso de KPIs de sa\u00fade permite que os operadores identifiquem riscos precocemente e tomem medidas antes que estes se agravem. Uma pesquisa com mais de 13.000 marinheiros de 154 nacionalidades e 44 empresas encontrou fortes correla\u00e7\u00f5es entre bem-estar, satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es a bordo.
