Ele come\u00e7ou sua carreira na empresa em 2003 como Diretor Executivo para a Tail\u00e2ndia e Indochina, assumiu a lideran\u00e7a em Cingapura em 2008 e foi respons\u00e1vel por Hong Kong e Macau a partir de 2016.
