Andrews destacou que Moran possui ampla experi\u00eancia em desenvolvimento industrial e conhece bem os desafios espec\u00edficos de constru\u00e7\u00e3o na regi\u00e3o Oeste. Essa expertise \u00e9 considerada valiosa para continuar oferecendo valor aos clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Antes de sua nova posi\u00e7\u00e3o, Moran foi Vice-Presidente Executivo e chefe das \u00e1reas de Desenvolvimento, Constru\u00e7\u00e3o e ESG na Bridge Industrial. Nessa fun\u00e7\u00e3o, ele foi respons\u00e1vel por projetos com um volume total superior a 4,5 bilh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares nos EUA e na Europa. Anteriormente, trabalhou como Gerente de Projetos S\u00eanior na Rexford Industrial, onde liderou projetos de nova constru\u00e7\u00e3o e remodela\u00e7\u00e3o para a empresa focada no sul da Calif\u00f3rnia.
