A regi\u00e3o abriga instala\u00e7\u00f5es industriais ao longo do Reno, bem como nas \u00e1reas de canais da Alemanha Ocidental, e possui os portos interiores mais movimentados do pa\u00eds, conforme comunicado em conjunto pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o da Navega\u00e7\u00e3o Interior Alem\u00e3 (BDB) e pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Transporte e Log\u00edstica de Nordrhein-Westfalen (VSL NRW). No entanto, essa forma de transporte de mercadorias enfrenta desafios se a infraestrutura n\u00e3o for modernizada adequadamente. Este foi o tema central do 8\u00ba F\u00f3rum de Navega\u00e7\u00e3o Interior, que ocorreu na \u00faltima quarta-feira em Neuss e foi organizado pelas associa\u00e7\u00f5es BDB e VSL NRW.<\/p>\n<h3>Necessidade de a\u00e7\u00e3o para a infraestrutura das vias naveg\u00e1veis<\/h3>\n<p>Os participantes do f\u00f3rum enfatizam a necessidade de fortalecer a infraestrutura das vias naveg\u00e1veis para atender \u00e0s demandas da navega\u00e7\u00e3o interior. A Ministra da Economia, Mona Neubaur, destacou que a navega\u00e7\u00e3o interior desempenha um papel crucial para a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica de Nordrhein-Westfalen. Ela transporta grandes quantidades de mercadorias de maneira econ\u00f4mica, segura e ambientalmente amig\u00e1vel, contribuindo assim para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de empregos e para a seguran\u00e7a do abastecimento.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, Neubaur alertou sobre a perda de subst\u00e2ncia iminente nas vias naveg\u00e1veis federais, que ainda est\u00e3o subfinanciadas. &#8222;Por isso, o governo estadual se empenha junto ao governo federal para que mais recursos sejam disponibilizados para as vias naveg\u00e1veis e sejam considerados no fundo especial para infraestrutura e neutralidade
