Este passo faz parte de uma estrat\u00e9gia abrangente para o desenvolvimento dos neg\u00f3cios na Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Jonas Hitz, que anteriormente trabalhou na investidora e desenvolvedora imobili\u00e1ria BEOS, ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por todo o mercado alem\u00e3o em sua nova posi\u00e7\u00e3o. Ele ir\u00e1 identificar e garantir oportunidades de investimento Core-Plus e Value-Add que gerem receitas cont\u00ednuas, al\u00e9m de adquirir terrenos para desenvolvimento na Alemanha. A estrat\u00e9gia da Chancerygate se concentra inicialmente nas sete maiores cidades alem\u00e3s e em \u00e1reas metropolitanas maiores.<\/p>\n<p>A Chancerygate foi fundada em 1995 e tem sua sede em Londres. Nos \u00faltimos tr\u00eas anos, a empresa construiu uma plataforma na Europa e atualmente possui mais de 80.000 metros quadrados de espa\u00e7os multi-inquilinos de alta qualidade para log\u00edstica urbana, que est\u00e3o em constru\u00e7\u00e3o ou prontos para desenvolvimento.
