A conclus\u00e3o da transa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 atualmente esperada para maio de 2026, sujeita a novas aprova\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Expans\u00e3o no mercado de e-commerce<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo da parceria \u00e9 a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma rede conjunta para log\u00edstica de pacotes na Espanha e em Portugal. O foco est\u00e1 na gest\u00e3o de envios B2B e B2C em um mercado em crescimento.<\/p>\n<p>Estrutura da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n<p>No \u00e2mbito do acordo, a CTT Expresso assume o neg\u00f3cio da DHL eCommerce em Portugal.
