Essas novas regras, que s\u00e3o introduzidas no \u00e2mbito do &#8222;Pacote de Mobilidade da UE I&#8220;, afetam LCVs e vans com um peso bruto superior a 2,5 toneladas, que s\u00e3o utilizados no transporte internacional de mercadorias ou em opera\u00e7\u00f5es de cabotagem. A partir dessa data, esses ve\u00edculos devem estar equipados com um Tac\u00f3grafo Inteligente de segunda gera\u00e7\u00e3o (G2V2).<\/p>\n<h3>Mudan\u00e7as para o setor<\/h3>\n<p>A introdu\u00e7\u00e3o dessas regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es representa, segundo a empresa, uma mudan\u00e7a significativa para o setor, uma vez que esses ve\u00edculos estavam at\u00e9 agora isentos das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es do tac\u00f3grafo. Com as novas regras, a equipe de condu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 obrigada a cumprir as normas de tempo de condu\u00e7\u00e3o da UE. Isso inclui, entre outras coisas, limites m\u00e1ximos de condu\u00e7\u00e3o di\u00e1ria e pausas obrigat\u00f3rias, que tamb\u00e9m se aplicam ao pessoal de ve\u00edculos pesados de carga.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, os operadores devem coletar, baixar e apresentar dados do tac\u00f3grafo durante as inspe\u00e7\u00f5es.
