Esta iniciativa visa facilitar a coleta e entrega de pacotes para os clientes e promover o uso de esta\u00e7\u00f5es de pacotes e lojas de pacotes.<\/p>\n<p>Com o objetivo de construir uma das maiores redes abertas de Out of Home na Alemanha at\u00e9 o final de 2027, as duas empresas planejam criar um total de 20.000 pontos de Out of Home compartilh\u00e1veis. Isso inclui at\u00e9 6.000 esta\u00e7\u00f5es de pacotes, que devem permitir aos clientes uma manuseio flex\u00edvel no envio e recebimento de seus pacotes. Atualmente, a GLS e a DPD j\u00e1 possuem cerca de 10.000 lojas de pacotes que podem ser utilizadas pelos clientes de ambos os servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<h3>Um novo modelo de infraestrutura para o mercado de pacotes<\/h3>\n<p>A nova marca deve representar uma rede aberta a fornecedores, que n\u00e3o apenas beneficia remetentes e destinat\u00e1rios, mas tamb\u00e9m, a longo prazo, permite que outros servi\u00e7os de pacotes e parceiros do varejo tenham acesso a uma infraestrutura robusta. &#8222;Assim, estabelecemos um modelo de infraestrutura no mercado de pacotes alem\u00e3o que \u00e9 aberto no acesso e pensado de forma consistente a partir da perspectiva dos parceiros&#8220;, explica Jascha Waffender, Diretor de Out of Home na GLS Germany.<\/p>\n<p>A introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do &#8222;inboxx&#8220; ser\u00e1 apoiada por uma campanha de marca em Berlim, que vai at\u00e9 o final de mar\u00e7o de 2026. A campanha inclui espa\u00e7os publicit\u00e1rios em grande formato, bem como an\u00fancios digitais em pontos de tr\u00e1fego centrais e esta\u00e7\u00f5es de transporte p\u00fablico. O objetivo \u00e9 posicionar a oferta como uma parte integral da log\u00edstica urbana moderna.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Knaupe, Chief Customer Experience &amp; Business Development Officer da DPD Deutschland, destaca: &#8222;Estamos criando um ecossistema que torna nosso servi\u00e7o ainda mais confort\u00e1vel e flex\u00edvel para todos os clientes.&#8220; A marca deve permitir que os pacotes sejam coletados e enviados da maneira que melhor se adequa aos usu\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p>A parceria entre a GLS e a DPD \u00e9 fortalecida com a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do &#8222;inboxx&#8220; e deve contribuir para aumentar a efici\u00eancia na entrega de pacotes.
