O processo de fal\u00eancia sobre a Nothegger Transport Logistik foi aberto no Tribunal Regional de Innsbruck. De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es de associa\u00e7\u00f5es de prote\u00e7\u00e3o aos credores, as d\u00edvidas somam cerca de EUR 15 milh\u00f5es. Cerca de 300 funcion\u00e1rios podem ser afetados pela insolv\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>O pedido foi feito pela Caixa de Sa\u00fade da \u00c1ustria (\u00d6GK), que reivindica contribui\u00e7\u00f5es de seguridade social em aberto no valor de milh\u00f5es. Segundo o Verband Alpenl\u00e4ndischer Kreditoren, existem d\u00edvidas de aproximadamente EUR 3,2 milh\u00f5es com a \u00d6GK, cerca de EUR 1,8 milh\u00f5es com a Receita Federal e aproximadamente EUR 9,3 milh\u00f5es com bancos.
