O objetivo \u00e9 aumentar a seguran\u00e7a e melhorar a capacidade de resposta no manejo de animais vivos na pista.<\/p>\n<p>O programa prepara os colaboradores para lidar com situa\u00e7\u00f5es envolvendo animais de estima\u00e7\u00e3o, animais ex\u00f3ticos, animais potencialmente perigosos e grandes animais de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. O treinamento abrange comportamento animal, riscos zoon\u00f3ticos, m\u00e9todos seguros de manuseio, bem como procedimentos para identificar e controlar esp\u00e9cies incomuns ou perigosas.<\/p>\n<p>Anualmente, grandes quantidades de animais vivos s\u00e3o processadas no aeroporto de Heathrow, incluindo cavalos, aves, r\u00e9pteis, peixes e animais de estima\u00e7\u00e3o. Segundo o Harc, essa diversidade exige pessoal bem treinado, capaz de reagir rapidamente a incidentes em \u00e1reas operacionais.<\/p>\n<p>Peter Dunphy, presidente do Port Health and Environmental Services Committee da City of London Corporation, afirmou que &#8222;o curso \u00e9 baseado em d\u00e9cadas de experi\u00eancia pr\u00e1tica e permite que as equipes da \u00e1rea de seguran\u00e7a
