Hughes, que foi nomeado em fevereiro de 2021, ocupou o cargo por cinco anos. A TIACA agora est\u00e1 em busca de um sucessor, mas ainda n\u00e3o divulgou um cronograma exato para a sa\u00edda de Hughes do cargo.<\/p>\n<p>Em um webinar, Hughes afirmou que pode continuar a atuar na TIACA em outra fun\u00e7\u00e3o, para apoiar a pr\u00f3xima gera\u00e7\u00e3o de l\u00edderes do setor. No total, ele possui 44 anos de experi\u00eancia no setor. Hughes descreveu seus cinco anos na TIACA como &#8222;incr\u00edveis&#8220; e observou que o tempo &#8222;voou&#8220;.
