Isso \u00e9 evidenciado pelos n\u00fameros de neg\u00f3cios atuais da empresa, que mostram um desenvolvimento positivo dos principais indicadores de desempenho.<\/p>\n<h3>Receita e lucro acima das expectativas<\/h3>\n<p>A receita l\u00edquida da Luka Koper Group em 2025 foi de 380,3 milh\u00f5es de EUR, o que representa um aumento de 13% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao planejado e 15% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o a 2024. Os principais motores desse aumento foram o maior manuseio de cont\u00eaineres e ve\u00edculos, bem como o aumento das receitas de armazenamento.<\/p>\n<p>O resultado operacional (EBIT) aumentou 44% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano anterior, alcan\u00e7ando 96,3 milh\u00f5es de EUR, o que est\u00e1 74% acima do valor planejado. Esse desenvolvimento positivo foi favorecido n\u00e3o apenas por receitas mais altas, mas tamb\u00e9m por um aumento em outras receitas. Apesar do aumento dos custos operacionais devido a novas contrata\u00e7\u00f5es, pagamentos baseados em desempenho e maiores custos de energia e materiais, o desempenho geral da empresa foi positivamente influenciado por fortes vendas, uma melhoria nos resultados financeiros e contribui\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00f3lidas de empresas associadas. O lucro l\u00edquido foi de 81,5 milh\u00f5es de EUR, representando um aumento de 35%.<\/p>\n<h3>Crescimento no manuseio de cont\u00eaineres e ve\u00edculos<\/h3>\n<p>O terminal de cont\u00eaineres registrou um crescimento not\u00e1vel de 12%, alcan\u00e7ando um novo recorde de 1.272.161 TEU. Esse crescimento foi impulsionado principalmente por novas atividades comerciais relacionadas ao fornecimento e equipagem de instala\u00e7\u00f5es de produ\u00e7\u00e3o nos mercados de hinterland do porto, bem como por servi\u00e7os de transporte reestruturados do Extremo Oriente e dentro do Mediterr\u00e2neo. O terminal de autom\u00f3veis e RO-RO tamb\u00e9m conseguiu um aumento de 3%, com 914.817 unidades manuseadas, principalmente devido \u00e0 importa\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos de v\u00e1rios fabricantes chineses.<\/p>\n<h3>Investimentos e projetos futuros<\/h3>\n<p>Em 2025, v\u00e1rios projetos de desenvolvimento no porto de Koper foram iniciados como parte de um ciclo abrangente de investimentos que deve ser conclu\u00eddo at\u00e9 2028. Um total de 132,9 milh\u00f5es de EUR foi alocado para investimentos, dos quais 42,9 milh\u00f5es de EUR para iniciativas relacionadas \u00e0 sustentabilidade. Para 2026, a Luka Koper Group planeja intensificar ainda mais suas atividades de investimento com um or\u00e7amento de 201 milh\u00f5es de EUR.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o cronograma do projeto, as obras na nova doca de cont\u00eaineres e nas \u00e1reas de armazenamento na se\u00e7\u00e3o norte do P\u00eder I, bem como em um estacionamento de v\u00e1rios andares com capacidade para 11.700 ve\u00edculos, est\u00e3o em andamento.
