Os detalhes financeiros da transa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o foram divulgados.<\/p>\n<h3>Crescimento atrav\u00e9s de parcerias<\/h3>\n<p>A nova parceria segue uma colabora\u00e7\u00e3o de cinco anos com a The Jordan Company, LP, que continua a estar envolvida na empresa. Durante esse per\u00edodo, a AIT afirma ter expandido significativamente sua presen\u00e7a global, adquirido 14 empresas e aumentado sua receita bruta em mais de 300%.<\/p>\n<p>A Greenbriar, um investidor com sede em Greenwich, Connecticut, especializou-se, segundo a AIT, em parcerias com empresas l\u00edderes de mercado. O acordo foi introduzido no in\u00edcio da fase do plano da AIT para alcan\u00e7ar seus objetivos culturais, financeiros e qualitativos at\u00e9 2030.
