O valor total da transa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 superior a 4 bilh\u00f5es de USD. A ZIM \u00e9 a d\u00e9cima maior empresa de transporte de cont\u00eaineres do mundo.<\/p>\n<p>A aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 acompanhada pelos FIMI Opportunity Funds, o maior fundo de private equity de Israel, que ir\u00e1 fundar uma empresa de transporte de cont\u00eaineres independente. Esta nova empresa atender\u00e1 algumas das principais rotas comerciais e estar\u00e1 conectada de forma integrada \u00e0 rede global da Hapag-Lloyd. A nova linha come\u00e7ar\u00e1 com 16 navios modernos e eficientes e assumir\u00e1 a responsabilidade pelo chamado direito de &#8222;a\u00e7\u00f5es douradas&#8220;, bem como pela marca ZIM.<\/p>\n<p>A conclus\u00e3o da transa\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 sujeita \u00e0 aprova\u00e7\u00e3o dos acionistas da ZIM, bem como das autoridades regulat\u00f3rias relevantes. A fus\u00e3o entre a Hapag-Lloyd e a ZIM consolidaria a posi\u00e7\u00e3o de mercado da Hapag-Lloyd como a quinta maior empresa de transporte de cont\u00eaineres do mundo. Com uma frota de mais de 400 navios e uma capacidade superior a 3 milh\u00f5es de TEU, a empresa combinada poderia transportar mais de 18 milh\u00f5es de TEU anualmente. A transa\u00e7\u00e3o deve gerar v\u00e1rias centenas de milh\u00f5es de USD em sinergias anuais.<\/p>\n<h3>Fortalecimento da rede global<\/h3>\n<p>Rolf Habben Jansen, CEO da Hapag-Lloyd, comentou positivamente sobre a parceria: &#8222;A ZIM \u00e9 um excelente parceiro para a Hapag-Lloyd.
