Essas mudan\u00e7as trazem, entre outras coisas, novas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es de rotulagem para sistemas de seguran\u00e7a de carga. Guido Elting (na imagem), diretor da Elting Metalltechnik, destaca em uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da Variosolutions que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 prazos de transi\u00e7\u00e3o para sistemas de seguran\u00e7a de carga ou prote\u00e7\u00e3o para ve\u00edculos mais antigos para os propriet\u00e1rios de ve\u00edculos de transporte, como caminh\u00f5es ou furg\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A vers\u00e3o revisada da VDI 2700, documento 3.2, estabelece requisitos ampliados para a rotulagem de meios de seguran\u00e7a de carga, incluindo cintas de amarra\u00e7\u00e3o e sistemas de travamento. O objetivo dessas inova\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 melhorar a rastreabilidade e a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de carga dos sistemas utilizados. Elting explica que a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o da nova diretriz causa inseguran\u00e7a no mercado. Muitos fornecedores de treinamento, especialistas e fabricantes de produtos de seguran\u00e7a de carga est\u00e3o se dedicando intensamente aos novos requisitos.<\/p>\n<h3>Sem prazos de transi\u00e7\u00e3o para sistemas existentes<\/h3>\n<p>Segundo Elting, circulam informa\u00e7\u00f5es contradit\u00f3rias sobre as novas regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es. Em particular, a suposi\u00e7\u00e3o de uma prote\u00e7\u00e3o para ve\u00edculos mais antigos ou um prazo de transi\u00e7\u00e3o para sistemas de seguran\u00e7a de carga existentes \u00e9 enganosa. \u201cAs diretrizes da VDI representam o estado reconhecido da t\u00e9cnica. Com a publica\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova vers\u00e3o, a edi\u00e7\u00e3o anterior \u00e9 imediatamente substitu\u00edda\u201d, afirma Elting.<\/p>\n<p>As novas diretrizes exigem que os propriet\u00e1rios de ve\u00edculos de transporte antigos rotulem seus sistemas de seguran\u00e7a de carga de acordo com as normas a partir de agora. Uma simples rotulagem n\u00e3o \u00e9 suficiente, segundo Elting, pois a diretriz exige uma rastreabilidade completa at\u00e9 a mat\u00e9ria-prima utilizada. Elting enfatiza que, em produtos existentes ou mais antigos, essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es muitas vezes n\u00e3o s\u00e3o mais rastre\u00e1veis. \u201cUma rotulagem posterior por meio de etiqueta ou adesivo n\u00e3o permitiria uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o confi\u00e1vel sobre material, origem ou conformidade normativa\u201d, acrescenta ele.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.variosolutions.de\/\"
