Nessa fun\u00e7\u00e3o, ela ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pela gest\u00e3o do portf\u00f3lio imobili\u00e1rio, bem como pelo acompanhamento dos im\u00f3veis existentes.<\/p>\n<h3>Experi\u00eancia em Gest\u00e3o de Ativos e Propriedades<\/h3>\n<p>Teichmann traz cerca de 15 anos de experi\u00eancia na \u00e1rea de Gest\u00e3o de Ativos e Propriedades. Recentemente, ela trabalhou na Melcombe Partners como Chefe de Gest\u00e3o de Ativos na Alemanha, onde foi respons\u00e1vel, entre outras coisas, pela valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de portf\u00f3lios e pelo desenvolvimento de conceitos estrat\u00e9gicos de loca\u00e7\u00e3o. Sua trajet\u00f3ria profissional tamb\u00e9m inclui cargos de lideran\u00e7a no grupo FOUR PARX, onde atuou como procuradora e diretora da subsidi\u00e1ria de energia.
