Tagemouati, que possui ampla experi\u00eancia nas ind\u00fastrias de tecnologia e log\u00edstica, tem como objetivo estabelecer a GLS France como o parceiro log\u00edstico preferido para o e-commerce na Fran\u00e7a. Ele pretende combinar excel\u00eancia operacional com inova\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n<p>Tagemouati \u00e9 um empres\u00e1rio experiente e especialista em transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital. Ele co-fundou em 2015 a start-up Tousfacteurs, que se especializou na digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00faltima milha. Esta empresa foi adquirida pela GLS France em 2022. Desde ent\u00e3o, Tagemouati contribuiu significativamente para a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital e operacional da GLS France. Inicialmente como diretor de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o a partir de dezembro de 2024 e, posteriormente, como diretor financeiro a partir de maio de 2025, ele reposicionou o departamento financeiro como um parceiro estrat\u00e9gico de neg\u00f3cios e estabeleceu uma cultura empresarial orientada para o desempenho.<\/p>\n<h3>Dire\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica e foco em inova\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h3>\n<p>Em seu novo papel como diretor-geral, Tagemouati planeja continuar a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o abrangente da empresa para alcan\u00e7ar excel\u00eancia operacional, expandir o ecossistema de parceiros e impulsionar inova\u00e7\u00f5es para melhorar a experi\u00eancia do cliente.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstou muito satisfeito com a confian\u00e7a que me foi concedida pelo grupo GLS.
