A partir de 16 de mar\u00e7o de 2026, as atividades de carga fracionada da IDS ser\u00e3o concentradas em um novo terminal de transbordo no Logistik Campus em Polch. A sede e o local administrativo da Gras Gruppe permanecer\u00e3o em Neuwied.<\/p>\n<p>Os s\u00f3cios-gerentes Hans-Wolfgang Geis e Jochen Geis explicam que, nos \u00faltimos meses, os processos nos dois locais foram analisados. Durante essa an\u00e1lise, o potencial de uma concentra\u00e7\u00e3o tornou-se evidente. Os dois locais est\u00e3o a apenas cerca de 30 quil\u00f4metros de dist\u00e2ncia, o que, com a fus\u00e3o, deve levar a processos mais claros e caminhos mais curtos. Isso deve oferecer aos clientes uma maior confiabilidade.<\/p>\n<h3>Vantagens da fus\u00e3o para os clientes<\/h3>\n<p>A fus\u00e3o das atividades em Polch traz v\u00e1rias vantagens. O novo terminal de transbordo, que abrange mais de 6.000 metros quadrados, permite um controle centralizado dos processos. Isso possibilita a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos custos de transporte no tr\u00e1fego local e de longa dist\u00e2ncia, al\u00e9m de reduzir os custos de processo. No transporte local, as viagens de transporte entre os dois locais ser\u00e3o eliminadas. A elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de transbordos duplos deve ter um impacto positivo nos prazos de entrega, na seguran\u00e7a dos processos e nas taxas de danos.<\/p>\n<p>Jens K\u00f6ster, diretor-geral da Gras Gruppe, enfatiza que das duas instala\u00e7\u00f5es da IDS em Neuwied e Polch surge uma unidade eficiente. A atribui\u00e7\u00e3o geogr\u00e1fica das \u00e1reas e as estruturas de parceiros na rede IDS permanecem inalteradas, de modo que as \u00e1reas IDS existentes continuar\u00e3o a ser atendidas.<\/p>\n<h3>Continuidade para os colaboradores<\/h3>\n<p>A fus\u00e3o dos processos operacionais ser\u00e1 realizada de forma planejada. A administra\u00e7\u00e3o e os departamentos n\u00e3o operacionais, como contabilidade, recursos humanos e vendas, permanecer\u00e3o em Neuwied. Os contatos habituais para os clientes continuar\u00e3o a existir, e a qualidade do servi\u00e7o deve ser ainda mais fortalecida pelos processos concentrados. Os colaboradores afetados foram informados sobre as medidas planejadas e ser\u00e3o acompanhados durante a transi\u00e7\u00e3o. Como os locais est\u00e3o pr\u00f3ximos um do outro, existe a possibilidade de, no futuro, atuar no local de Polch.<\/p>\n<p>A Gras Gruppe tamb\u00e9m se beneficia de uma infraestrutura log\u00edstica moderna. O novo Logistik Campus est\u00e1 diretamente conectado a um centro log\u00edstico recentemente ampliado, o que permite transi\u00e7\u00f5es sem interrup\u00e7\u00f5es entre armazenamento e transbordo.
