A companhia a\u00e9rea incluir\u00e1 Roma-Fiumicino (FCO) em seu cronograma regular de voos de carga. A partir de 7 de fevereiro de 2026, a conex\u00e3o de Frankfurt (FRA) para Roma ser\u00e1 oferecida uma vez por semana, aos s\u00e1bados, sob o n\u00famero de voo LH8344. O voo seguir\u00e1 de Roma para Istambul (IST) e para o hub em Munique (MUC). Desde dezembro de 2025, cargueiros A321 foram utilizados de forma ad-hoc para Roma, a fim de atender \u00e0 demanda crescente. A inclus\u00e3o no cronograma regular sublinha a import\u00e2ncia estrat\u00e9gica do novo hub no sul da Europa.<\/p>\n<h3>Expans\u00e3o em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 \u00c1frica<\/h3>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o aeroporto de Argel (ALG) ser\u00e1 inclu\u00eddo na rede a partir de 10 de fevereiro de 2026. A conex\u00e3o ser\u00e1 oferecida \u00e0s ter\u00e7as-feiras sob o n\u00famero de voo LH8308. Com este novo destino, os clientes agora podem reservar conex\u00f5es diretas de carga para um total de sete locais na regi\u00e3o do Oriente M\u00e9dio e \u00c1frica, incluindo Beirute, Casablanca, Cairo, Erevan, Tel Aviv e T\u00fanis.<\/p>\n<p>Ashwin Bhat, CEO da Lufthansa Cargo, comentou sobre os novos destinos: \u201cEstamos felizes em oferecer aos nossos clientes, logo no in\u00edcio do ano, uma rede de frete de curta e m\u00e9dia dist\u00e2ncia ampliada e ainda mais conectividade. Com novos destinos na rede, a Lufthansa Cargo continua a abrir caminho para uma log\u00edstica mais r\u00e1pida, confi\u00e1vel e flex\u00edvel em todo o continente para nossos clientes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A rede de curta e m\u00e9dia dist\u00e2ncia da companhia a\u00e9rea agora abrange um total de 22 destinos, atendidos por uma frota de quatro cargueiros A321. Al\u00e9m disso, 18 cargueiros Boeing 777 da frota de longa dist\u00e2ncia, bem como capacidades de carga adicional da Lufthansa Airlines, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines, ITA Airways e SunExpress, complementam a rede global da Lufthansa Cargo. Os hubs em Frankfurt, Munique, Viena, Bruxelas e Roma formam a base infraestrutural para o r\u00e1pido transporte de carga e possibilitam uma rede global com cerca de 350 destinos em 100 pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p>A Lufthansa Cargo \u00e9 uma das principais companhias a\u00e9reas de frete do mundo e faz parte do Lufthansa Group. Diariamente, a empresa transporta em m\u00e9dia 2.500 toneladas de carga atrav\u00e9s de seus cinco hubs de carga. A companhia a\u00e9rea comercializa as capacidades de carga de seus avi\u00f5es de passageiros, bem como sua pr\u00f3pria frota de cargueiros, e utiliza diariamente cerca de 300 caminh\u00f5es sob um n\u00famero de voo da Lufthansa Cargo.
