A pesquisa, que entrevistou mais de 3.000 profissionais de diversos setores, incluindo varejo, distribui\u00e7\u00e3o atacadista e manufatura, destaca os desafios que as empresas precisam enfrentar at\u00e9 2026, conforme relatado pelas pr\u00f3prias empresas.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a pesquisa, atualmente 68% das empresas utilizam uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o para roteamento e planejamento (R&amp;S). No entanto, h\u00e1 uma clara &#8222;lacuna de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o&#8220; no mercado. Apenas 10% dos entrevistados afirmaram estar &#8222;muito satisfeitos&#8220; com seu fornecedor atual. 46% dos participantes se mostraram neutros, enquanto 20% est\u00e3o insatisfeitos. Os dados indicam que quase 30% das empresas buscam planejamentos integrados para \u00e1reas e cronogramas di\u00e1rios nos pr\u00f3ximos tr\u00eas anos. Al\u00e9m disso, 26% dos entrevistados valorizam estimativas preditivas dos tempos de entrega.<\/p>\n<h3>Otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o como chave para a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<p>Entre as principais conclus\u00f5es, destaca-se que a taxa de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o neutra de 46% \u00e9 vista como um convite para oferecer um padr\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o mais elevado. A ORTEC planeja abordar os 24% dos usu\u00e1rios que buscam ajustes de rotas automatizados e din\u00e2micos, visando passar de &#8222;neutro&#8220; para &#8222;satisfeito&#8220;. Al\u00e9m disso, a pesquisa mostra que a demanda por solu\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas est\u00e1 aumentando. Executivos de n\u00edvel C (9%) e de n\u00edvel de diretor (36%) est\u00e3o cada vez mais impulsionando a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de novas tecnologias.
