Hansen, que atualmente \u00e9 presidente e CEO da Hempel, suceder\u00e1 Torben Carlsen, que renunciar\u00e1 no mesmo dia. A nomea\u00e7\u00e3o faz parte de um processo de sucess\u00e3o anunciado em 6 de novembro de 2025, para trazer novas perspectivas para a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o em andamento da DFDS.<\/p>\n<h3>Nova abordagem de lideran\u00e7a para a DFDS<\/h3>\n<p>Claus V. Hemmingsen, presidente do conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o, comentou positivamente sobre a nomea\u00e7\u00e3o de Hansen: \u201cEstou muito feliz em dar as boas-vindas a Michael Hansen na DFDS. Em seu papel na Hempel, ele liderou uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica que melhorou o desempenho financeiro e fortaleceu a escalabilidade das opera\u00e7\u00f5es. Antes, ele trabalhou por quase duas d\u00e9cadas na A.P. Atrav\u00e9s da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e do aproveitamento de nossa forte rede, podemos realizar todo o potencial.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A trajet\u00f3ria profissional de Michael Hansen inclui, entre outras posi\u00e7\u00f5es, a de presidente do grupo e CEO da Hempel desde 2017. Anteriormente, ele atuou como vice-presidente e l\u00edder global de vendas da Maersk Line de 2016 a 2017. Antes disso, foi CEO da Seago Line e ocupou v\u00e1rias posi\u00e7\u00f5es de gest\u00e3o na Maersk Line, incluindo no M\u00e9xico, Espanha e Nova Zel\u00e2ndia.<\/p>\n<p>A DFDS opera uma rede de transporte na Europa e arredores, com uma receita anual de 30 bilh\u00f5es de DKK e emprega 16.500 funcion\u00e1rios em tempo integral. A empresa transporta mercadorias em reboques por ferry, estrada e ferrovia, oferecendo solu\u00e7\u00f5es complementares de transporte e log\u00edstica.
