Nos \u00faltimos meses, a empresa avaliou sua rede log\u00edstica. Com base nessa an\u00e1lise, a Zalando decidiu ajustar suas capacidades na rede combinada com ABOUT YOU.<\/p>\n<h3>Fechamento do centro de fulfillment em Erfurt<\/h3>\n<p>No \u00e2mbito dessa reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o, a Zalando decidiu fechar o centro de fulfillment em Erfurt, Alemanha, at\u00e9 o final de setembro de 2026. Al\u00e9m disso, as opera\u00e7\u00f5es em tr\u00eas outros armaz\u00e9ns fora da Alemanha, que s\u00e3o operados por prestadores de servi\u00e7os externos para a Zalando e ABOUT YOU, ser\u00e3o encerradas.<\/p>\n<p>As negocia\u00e7\u00f5es com o comit\u00ea de funcion\u00e1rios em Erfurt sobre um acordo de interesses e um plano social devem come\u00e7ar imediatamente, conforme relatado pela empresa. Al\u00e9m disso, foi desenvolvido, juntamente com especialistas externos, uma oferta de apoio que ser\u00e1 disponibilizada aos funcion\u00e1rios afetados.
