Cerca de 140 representantes da economia, pol\u00edtica e ci\u00eancia reuniram-se nos dias 12 e 13 de novembro na capital para discutir os desafios e oportunidades atuais do transporte intermodal.<\/h5>\n<p>(Berlim) Os participantes do Congresso KV concordaram que o Transporte Combinado (KV) \u00e9 e continuar\u00e1 a ser o motor do transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio de mercadorias, mas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es para a sua manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento futuro s\u00e3o cr\u00edticas. O aumento dos custos e as interrup\u00e7\u00f5es nos processos operacionais impedem o fortalecimento do KV, mas a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o do setor permanece inabal\u00e1vel. O que falta \u00e9 uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica mais forte para a transfer\u00eancia de transportes para a ferrovia e o transporte fluvial. Isso tamb\u00e9m se reflete na crescente cr\u00edtica \u00e0 dota\u00e7\u00e3o de apoio ao KV, que representa um pilar importante para a rede de terminais na Alemanha e que, monetariamente, ficar\u00e1 muito aqu\u00e9m da necessidade esperada, como mostrou Clemens Bochynek (SGKV e.V.).<\/p>\n<p>O Congresso KV foi inaugurado com um programa na v\u00e9spera, que ofereceu especialmente espa\u00e7o para um networking intenso. O in\u00edcio do conte\u00fado foi marcado por duas fortes palestras principais do setor operacional do KV e da pol\u00edtica \u2013 proferidas por Michail Stahlhut, CEO do HUPAC Group, e Tarek Al-Wazir, MdB (Alian\u00e7a 90\/Os Verdes) e presidente da Comiss\u00e3o de Transportes do Bundestag Alem\u00e3o. Ambos os oradores pediram um empenho pela alternativa de transporte mais ecol\u00f3gica, o KV, e discutiram as necessidades e obst\u00e1culos para medidas direcionadas no transporte de mercadorias.<\/p>\n<p>No in\u00edcio do segundo dia, Thore Arendt (Railcampus OWL e.V) destacou em sua apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o 10.\u00ba anivers\u00e1rio do Congresso KV da SGKV a necessidade de continuar a promover inova\u00e7\u00f5es e o empenho pol\u00edtico pelo KV, al\u00e9m de fortalecer a abordagem de rede da SGKV.<\/p>\n<h5>Perspectiva da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o do Senado de Berlim sobre o Transporte Combinado<\/h5>\n<p>Em sua palestra principal, o Dr. Julius Menge, chefe do Departamento IV A para Assuntos Fundamentais da Pol\u00edtica de Mobilidade e Planejamento do Desenvolvimento do Transporte da SenMVKU Berlim, deu uma vis\u00e3o da perspectiva da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o do Senado de Berlim sobre o Transporte Combinado \u2013 especialmente no contexto urbano. Ele sublinhou a import\u00e2ncia de \u00e1reas log\u00edsticas e destacou que o KV desempenha um papel central no abastecimento da capital.<\/p>\n<p>O Dr. Ralf Bammerlin, chefe do Departamento G14 no BMV, referiu-se aos desafios atuais para todo o setor do transporte intermodal devido ao aumento dos pre\u00e7os das trilhas e \u00e0s restri\u00e7\u00f5es causadas pela situa\u00e7\u00e3o das obras na rede ferrovi\u00e1ria. O BMV continuar\u00e1 a apoiar de forma direcionada o Transporte Combinado, especialmente atrav\u00e9s da diretriz de apoio ao KV, que ser\u00e1 prorrogada por um ano at\u00e9 o final de 2027. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 necess\u00e1ria e refor\u00e7ada dota\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos or\u00e7ament\u00e1rios para a diretriz de apoio, ele mencionou conversas diretas no \u00e2mbito parlamentar.<\/p>\n<p>A discuss\u00e3o em painel subsequente, moderada por Annika Beyer (SUT), com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de Christian K\u00f6nig (DP World), Ben Maelissa (Danser Group), Stephan Stiehler (Konecranes), Tim Krause (CargoBeamer) e Dr. Julius Menge (SenMVKU Berlim) trouxe \u00e0 tona as condi\u00e7\u00f5es desafiadoras \u2013 incluindo numerosos atrasos de trens e efeitos de retrocesso para a estrada \u2013 para o foco. Ao mesmo tempo, havia um consenso entre os debatedores: o KV possui um produto forte e \u00e9 uma alternativa de transporte particularmente ecol\u00f3gica. Agora, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio tornar essas vantagens ainda mais vis\u00edveis e criar solu\u00e7\u00f5es pragm\u00e1ticas para enfrentar as atuais dificuldades em conjunto.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Palestras t\u00e9cnicas e premia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Em cinco palestras t\u00e9cnicas, foram abordadas outras abordagens do ambiente das cadeias de transporte intermodal: o desenvolvimento de solu\u00e7\u00f5es digitais para apoiar processos ligados a terminais portu\u00e1rios e KV por dbh, akquinet e Inform, na conquista de novos mercados para o KV por InnoWood e como apoio ao planejamento para transportes KV com restri\u00e7\u00f5es de processos devido a obras pela TU Dortmund.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, v\u00e1rias startups demonstraram seu potencial de inova\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito do &#8220;Innovation Pitch&#8221; e apresentaram solu\u00e7\u00f5es sustent\u00e1veis e eficientes. A BOOXit OG foi premiada por sua solu\u00e7\u00e3o inovadora para sistemas de caixas empilh\u00e1veis modulares para a log\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>O Transporte Combinado \u00e9 um componente central<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O 10.\u00ba Congresso KV deixou claro: o Transporte Combinado \u00e9 um componente central da capacidade no transporte de mercadorias. Apesar dos desafios atuais, o KV \u00e9 considerado um fator decisivo para os pr\u00f3ximos anos. O setor est\u00e1 determinado a promover ativamente o KV \u2013 desde que o apoio pol\u00edtico necess\u00e1rio seja refor\u00e7ado, para transferir mais e adiar menos.
