Na cerim\u00f4nia de inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o, Johannes Danieli, procurador da HARDER logistics, colocou simbolicamente uma pesada pedra de fecho na forma de arte na constru\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 um presente do empreiteiro Blautal. Um caminh\u00e3o de transporte e um guindaste foram utilizados para posicionar a obra de 13 toneladas em concreto, que exibe o nome da empresa ao longo de sete metros.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Neu-Ulm) Marcello Danieli, s\u00f3cio-gerente da HARDER logistics, expressou satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o: &#8220;Gra\u00e7as ao s\u00f3lido planejamento da constru\u00e7\u00e3o, podemos ocupar nossa nova propriedade doze meses ap\u00f3s o in\u00edcio das obras, ou seja, dois meses antes do previsto. Al\u00e9m disso, ficamos abaixo do or\u00e7amento estimado.&#8221; Para o investimento no edif\u00edcio de escrit\u00f3rios, no armaz\u00e9m log\u00edstico e nas \u00e1reas externas, a HARDER logistics or\u00e7ou nove milh\u00f5es de euros. Os novos edif\u00edcios s\u00e3o complementados por um armaz\u00e9m de cont\u00eaineres totalmente automatizado, com um volume de investimento de sete milh\u00f5es de euros, que foi inaugurado em 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Com esta nova constru\u00e7\u00e3o, a Harder logistics reafirma seu compromisso com a regi\u00e3o de origem e demonstra que a economia sustent\u00e1vel, solu\u00e7\u00f5es log\u00edsticas inovadoras e responsabilidade regional podem coexistir&#8221;, explica Alexander M\u00fcller, s\u00f3cio-gerente da Blautal Bauunternehmen.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Sustentabilidade inclui opera\u00e7\u00e3o neutra em CO2<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do local, a HARDER logistics focou estrategicamente na sustentabilidade. Isso inclui a opera\u00e7\u00e3o neutra em CO2. Uma grande instala\u00e7\u00e3o de pain\u00e9is fotovoltaicos no telhado contribui para isso, produzindo at\u00e9 dois megawatts de eletricidade mensalmente na fase final de expans\u00e3o. Uma bomba de calor ar\/\u00e1gua aquece o edif\u00edcio de escrit\u00f3rios, al\u00e9m de haver tetos de aquecimento e resfriamento adicionais. Uma gest\u00e3o inteligente de energia garante uma intera\u00e7\u00e3o ideal entre as diferentes fontes de energia. Tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 preparada uma infraestrutura de carregamento para operar a frota no futuro. Um telhado verde no edif\u00edcio de escrit\u00f3rios ajuda a integrar o complexo na natureza.<\/p>\n<p>O arquiteto contratado, Berthold Braunger, da Braunger W\u00f6rtz Architekten, acrescenta: &#8220;Foi implementada uma constru\u00e7\u00e3o modular, aditiva e circular. Por um lado, os edif\u00edcios podem ser expandidos. Por outro lado, os componentes podem ser desmontados ap\u00f3s seu tempo de uso e integrados em um ciclo de reciclagem. A fachada de madeira do escrit\u00f3rio sublinha a abordagem circular.&#8221; <\/p>\n<h5><strong>Espa\u00e7os log\u00edsticos incluem 14 km de sistema de prateleiras para documentos<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O armaz\u00e9m log\u00edstico com 4.800 m\u00b2 \u00e9 vers\u00e1til. Ele \u00e9 projetado para o armazenamento de m\u00e1quinas e equipamentos, mercadorias, m\u00f3veis, arquivos e exposi\u00e7\u00f5es de arte, bem como servi\u00e7os log\u00edsticos de valor agregado. Para o setor de gest\u00e3o de documentos, a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de prateleiras existente foi ampliada em um ter\u00e7o e pode agora acomodar 14 quil\u00f4metros lineares de documentos. Um armaz\u00e9m de subst\u00e2ncias perigosas, dedicado principalmente a baterias de caminh\u00f5es e \u00f4nibus, complementa as funcionalidades. A demanda por servi\u00e7os de armazenamento \u00e9 alta. &#8220;O armaz\u00e9m j\u00e1 est\u00e1 80% reservado&#8221;, relata Danieli. Al\u00e9m disso, h\u00e1 4.500 m\u00b2 de \u00e1reas externas dispon\u00edveis para log\u00edstica e para a frota.<\/p>\n<h5>Armaz\u00e9m de cont\u00eaineres bem recebido pelo mercado<\/h5>\n<p>O armaz\u00e9m de cont\u00eaineres totalmente automatizado, com capacidade para 250 cont\u00eaineres no mesmo local, que a HARDER logistics opera h\u00e1 tr\u00eas anos, foi bem recebido pelo mercado. Este possui uma caracter\u00edstica inovadora.
