Para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00e3o do terminal, a duisport, o especialista em log\u00edstica ferrovi\u00e1ria Captrain e a Dortmunder Hafen AG pretendem fundar uma joint venture.<\/h5>\n<p>(Dortmund) No novo terminal, sujeita \u00e0 aprova\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes e autoridades antitruste, a Duisburger Hafen AG e a Captrain Deutschland GmbH participar\u00e3o com 45% cada uma, enquanto a Dortmunder Hafen AG ter\u00e1 10%.<\/p>\n<p>O terminal KV ser\u00e1 constru\u00eddo em um terreno atualmente n\u00e3o utilizado de cerca de 150.000 metros quadrados da Dortmunder Eisenbahn GmbH, uma subsidi\u00e1ria da Captrain e da Dortmunder Hafen AG. O futuro terminal de reboques contar\u00e1 com quatro trilhos de aproximadamente 400 metros de comprimento, um guindaste de portal e reachstackers, al\u00e9m de \u00e1reas de estacionamento para v\u00e1rias centenas de unidades de reboques. O in\u00edcio da constru\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 previsto para o segundo semestre de 2026, com a conclus\u00e3o atualmente prevista para o final de 2027, no mais cedo.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, entre 800 e 900 caminh\u00f5es acessam diariamente o parque log\u00edstico Westfalenh\u00fctte, onde centros log\u00edsticos de v\u00e1rias empresas renomadas est\u00e3o localizados. Com o novo terminal, uma parte significativa desses transportes pode ser transferida para os trilhos e os reboques podem ser agrupados no Transporte Combinado (KV).
