Um dos tubos do t\u00fanel desabou em 2017, pouco antes da conclus\u00e3o da constru\u00e7\u00e3o de todo o t\u00fanel ferrovi\u00e1rio \u2013 felizmente sem feridos. A consequ\u00eancia: durante sete semanas, n\u00e3o houve tr\u00e1fego ferrovi\u00e1rio entre Rastatt e Baden-Baden, nem entre os portos do Mar do Norte e o norte da It\u00e1lia pela \u00fanica conex\u00e3o vi\u00e1vel.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Berlim) N\u00e3o h\u00e1 esclarecimento p\u00fablico sobre a causa do colapso nem sobre quem arcar\u00e1 com os custos adicionais.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Neele Wesseln<\/strong>, diretora executiva da G\u00dcTERBAHNEN, comenta:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29454\" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/Gueterbahnen_12.8.25_2-300x269.jpg\" alt=\"Nele Wesseln; As ferrovias de carga; trilho; carga ferrovi\u00e1ria; pol\u00edtica de transporte; associa\u00e7\u00f5es; Loginfo24\" width=\"226\" height=\"203\" \/> Nele Wesseln<\/caption>\n<p>&#8220;Oito anos ap\u00f3s o mais grave acidente de constru\u00e7\u00e3o da hist\u00f3ria ferrovi\u00e1ria recente, \u00e9 inaceit\u00e1vel que o relat\u00f3rio final sobre as causas, custos adicionais e responsabilidades ainda n\u00e3o tenha sido tornado p\u00fablico. O interesse p\u00fablico pela transpar\u00eancia \u00e9 enorme \u2013 afinal, trata-se de milh\u00f5es de euros e da quest\u00e3o de saber se erros semelhantes podem ser evitados no futuro. Tememos que os custos adicionais sejam cobertos \u00e0 custa de outros projetos de infraestrutura urgentemente necess\u00e1rios do or\u00e7amento federal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o t\u00fanel \u00e9 praticamente inutiliz\u00e1vel para trens de carga pesados. Com sua inclina\u00e7\u00e3o de 12,5 mil\u00e9simos, ele for\u00e7a parte dos trens a passar pelo meio de Rastatt, embora o t\u00fanel tenha sido constru\u00eddo, entre outras coisas, para reduzir a polui\u00e7\u00e3o sonora e tirar o tr\u00e1fego da cidade. Isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas uma falha de planejamento, mas um monumento ao fato de que futuros grandes projetos devem ser mais orientados para as necessidades do transporte de carga \u2013 n\u00e3o apenas para o transporte de passageiros, que \u00e9 supostamente mais relevante para a pol\u00edtica.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h5>Inclina\u00e7\u00e3o no in\u00edcio e no final do t\u00fanel \u00e9 decisiva<\/h5>\n<p>Para a passagem de t\u00faneis para diferentes tipos de tr\u00e1fego, a inclina\u00e7\u00e3o no in\u00edcio e no final do t\u00fanel \u00e9 decisiva. Como no transporte de carga os trens mais pesados est\u00e3o em opera\u00e7\u00e3o, eles dependem especialmente de uma inclina\u00e7\u00e3o menor (idealmente no m\u00e1ximo <a href=\"https:\/\/die-gueterbahnen.com\/news\/zahl-des-tages\/4.html\">quatro mil\u00e9simos<\/a>). O t\u00fanel de Rastatt foi constru\u00eddo de acordo com as normas vigentes da DB Netz AG de forma que trens de passageiros leves e de acelera\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida possam facilmente percorrer as rampas constru\u00eddas com 12,5 mil\u00e9simos, mas trens de carga mais pesados n\u00e3o. Estes teriam que continuar a passar pela cidade como antes \u2013 o que \u00e9 ainda mais macabro, uma vez que o t\u00fanel foi constru\u00eddo principalmente para desviar o ru\u00eddo da cidade.
