Foram discutidos campos de a\u00e7\u00e3o e poss\u00edveis medidas para melhorar ainda mais a seguran\u00e7a do transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio de mercadorias.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Berna) A seguran\u00e7a no transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio de mercadorias \u00e9 alta. As ferrovias, o BAV e os demais atores garantem isso com v\u00e1rias medidas. Por exemplo, as ferrovias operam uma densa rede de dispositivos de controle de trens, que permitem parar e retirar de opera\u00e7\u00e3o imediatamente vag\u00f5es com freios superaquecidos ou lonas soltas. O BAV inspeciona anualmente cerca de 7000 vag\u00f5es de carga diretamente na rede ferrovi\u00e1ria e coordena-se de perto com as autoridades no exterior na supervis\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<h5><strong> Mesa redonda por mais seguran\u00e7a<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Particularmente devido \u00e0s descobertas da Comiss\u00e3o Su\u00ed\u00e7a de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Acidentes (SUST) sobre o acidente no t\u00fanel base do Gotardo em agosto de 2023 e ao forte car\u00e1ter transfronteiri\u00e7o do transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio de mercadorias, surgem certos desafios na \u00e1rea de seguran\u00e7a: O Conselho Federal pretende enfrentar esses desafios e, ao mesmo tempo, identificar campos de a\u00e7\u00e3o em seu relat\u00f3rio sobre o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parlament.ch\/de\/ratsbetrieb\/suche-curia-vista\/geschaeft?AffairId=20253177\">Postulado 25.3177<\/a> &#8220;Aumento da seguran\u00e7a no transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio de mercadorias&#8221;. Com vistas \u00e0 elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do relat\u00f3rio, o BAV realizou uma mesa redonda com os atores do setor em 26 de junho de 2025.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Importante colabora\u00e7\u00e3o internacional<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>H\u00e1 um consenso na ind\u00fastria de que a seguran\u00e7a no transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio de mercadorias s\u00f3 pode ser garantida de forma sustent\u00e1vel a longo prazo com colabora\u00e7\u00e3o internacional. A SUST recomendou, ap\u00f3s o acidente no t\u00fanel base do Gotardo, \u00e0 Ag\u00eancia Ferrovi\u00e1ria Europeia (ERA) que estabelecesse diretrizes mais rigorosas para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e repara\u00e7\u00e3o de vag\u00f5es de carga com sapatas de freio de material comp\u00f3sito (especialmente sapatas LL) a n\u00edvel europeu. Se as medidas internacionais n\u00e3o forem suficientemente abrangentes ou n\u00e3o forem implementadas dentro de um prazo \u00fatil, a Su\u00ed\u00e7a poder\u00e1 tomar outras medidas. Como \u00faltimo recurso, poderia ser considerado um banimento operacional de vag\u00f5es de carga com sapatas LL na Su\u00ed\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Medidas de curto prazo<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Com vistas a medidas de curto prazo para aumentar a seguran\u00e7a no transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio de mercadorias, os representantes das empresas ferrovi\u00e1rias e dos propriet\u00e1rios de vag\u00f5es esbo\u00e7aram, durante a mesa redonda, poss\u00edveis campos de a\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 por exemplo, controles adicionais ou regulamentos t\u00e9cnicos mais rigorosos.
