Para isso, a OHRA instalou prateleiras de bra\u00e7o em cantilever e prateleiras de paletes, onde os tecidos produzidos em sua pr\u00f3pria malharia s\u00e3o armazenados temporariamente antes de serem enviados para acabamento.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Kerpen\/Burladingen) As grelhas permitem o armazenamento dos tecidos em diferentes estados, independentemente do formato ou dos meios de armazenamento. Gra\u00e7as ao armazenamento nas prateleiras da OHRA, a trigema conseguiu aumentar a efici\u00eancia da produ\u00e7\u00e3o em 5 por cento.<\/p>\n<p>Desde o fio de algod\u00e3o at\u00e9 a camiseta pronta, toda a produ\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00eaxtil da trigema ocorre internamente. Um passo no processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o chamado &#8220;acabamento&#8221;: \u00e9 aqui que o tecido \u00e9 refinado. Para isso, ele passa por v\u00e1rios processos. A primeira etapa \u00e9 o pr\u00e9-tratamento em instala\u00e7\u00f5es modernas de lavagem e branqueamento. Quando o processo de branqueamento \u00e9 conclu\u00eddo, o tecido \u00e9 tingido na instala\u00e7\u00e3o de tingimento a frio. Por fim, ele \u00e9 tratado mecanicamente para garantir que n\u00e3o encolha.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Armazenamento no ch\u00e3o se torna um obst\u00e1culo<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>At\u00e9 agora, a trigema armazenava os tecidos entre a &#8220;produ\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221; e o &#8220;acabamento&#8221; em um armazenamento no ch\u00e3o. No entanto, com o aumento da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do armaz\u00e9m, o acesso aos itens individuais tornou-se muito trabalhoso. Al\u00e9m disso, as transfer\u00eancias necess\u00e1rias frequentemente resultavam em danos aos itens. A desejada armazenagem segundo o princ\u00edpio First-In-First-Out (FIFO) s\u00f3 podia ser realizada com grande esfor\u00e7o. Quando a necessidade de maior capacidade de armazenamento surgiu, a trigema aproveitou a oportunidade para tornar os processos log\u00edsticos no armaz\u00e9m de buffer fundamentalmente mais eficientes.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Flexibilidade gra\u00e7as \u00e0s grelhas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>K<\/strong>ern da reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o foi a mudan\u00e7a de armazenamento no ch\u00e3o para prateleiras. Como eram necess\u00e1rios espa\u00e7os de armazenamento para diferentes qualidades de tecido em diferentes estados, a trigema decidiu equipar o armaz\u00e9m tanto com prateleiras de paletes quanto com prateleiras de bra\u00e7o em cantilever da OHRA. Para n\u00e3o prejudicar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o, a OHRA montou as prateleiras em um fim de semana. As prateleiras de paletes foram parcialmente equipadas com pranchas de aglomerado e grelhas, e as prateleiras de bra\u00e7o em cantilever tamb\u00e9m receberam pisos de grelha \u2013 assim, foi criada uma camada de armazenamento cont\u00ednua, onde diversos meios de armazenamento (diferentes formatos de paletes, caixas ou tecidos sem meios de armazenamento) podem ser acomodados.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Efici\u00eancia no armaz\u00e9m<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o armazenamento no ch\u00e3o, as quatro prateleiras na mesma \u00e1rea de base oferecem cerca de 60 por cento mais capacidade de armazenamento. Como as prateleiras permitem acesso direto a cada item armazenado, os processos de entrada e sa\u00edda s\u00e3o, em m\u00e9dia, 50 por cento mais r\u00e1pidos. Al\u00e9m disso, o princ\u00edpio FIFO pode ser facilmente implementado.
