Um quarto de s\u00e9culo ap\u00f3s a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o pela gest\u00e3o, a empresa de log\u00edstica de m\u00e9dio porte enfrenta os crescentes desafios da concorr\u00eancia.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Raubling) &#8220;O mercado determina os pre\u00e7os. Nossa tarefa \u00e9 refletir os custos, sem comprometer a qualidade. A concorr\u00eancia se tornou significativamente mais intensa, raz\u00e3o pela qual estamos investindo mais em processos digitais e tecnologias modernas&#8221;, diz Josef Hei\u00df, s\u00f3cio-gerente. Juntamente com Franz Wei\u00df, ele lidera a empresa para a pr\u00f3xima fase empresarial.<\/p>\n<p>Desde a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o pela gest\u00e3o em 1999, quando a BTK come\u00e7ou como uma antiga empresa de expedi\u00e7\u00e3o do grupo com cerca de 100 colaboradores e 25 milh\u00f5es de euros em receita, a empresa se desenvolveu continuamente. Hoje, a BTK conta com 370 colaboradores e gera mais de 100 milh\u00f5es de euros em receita \u2013 uma prova clara da trajet\u00f3ria de crescimento sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p>Marcos importantes desse desenvolvimento foram o investimento em uma frota pr\u00f3pria (2007), a expans\u00e3o da log\u00edstica contratual (2014) e a mudan\u00e7a da sede da empresa para Raubling (2023). Atualmente, a BTK opera 38.000 m\u00b2 de \u00e1rea log\u00edstica e uma frota de 320 ve\u00edculos, que se distribuem igualmente entre a frota pr\u00f3pria e parceiros de charter fixos. Como um dos maiores empregadores na regi\u00e3o de Rosenheim, a BTK aposta no crescimento org\u00e2nico e em uma estrutura empresarial independente e liderada por propriet\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Custos aumentam mais r\u00e1pido que os pre\u00e7os<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Em 1999, no momento da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o, o custo de uma carga de transporte de Munique a Hamburgo era, em m\u00e9dia, de 700 euros, enquanto os custos por quil\u00f4metro para um caminh\u00e3o eram de 75 centavos. Hoje, os custos por quil\u00f4metro \u2013 incluindo ped\u00e1gios e o aumento dos pre\u00e7os do diesel \u2013 s\u00e3o de cerca de 1,75 euros, enquanto o pre\u00e7o do transporte subiu para 1.250 euros. Esse desenvolvimento corresponde a um ajuste de pre\u00e7o de apenas dez por cento, enquanto os custos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o ajustados pela infla\u00e7\u00e3o aumentaram em 45 por cento.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nossos clientes t\u00eam hoje expectativas mais altas. Eles exigem solu\u00e7\u00f5es de transporte mais sustent\u00e1veis e uma transpar\u00eancia cont\u00ednua nos processos. At\u00e9 agora, conseguimos compensar os custos crescentes por meio de opera\u00e7\u00f5es mais eficientes e aumentos de produtividade. No entanto, agora \u00e9 inevit\u00e1vel um ajuste nos pre\u00e7os de transporte&#8221;, enfatiza Josef Hei\u00df.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Investimentos em produtividade e sustentabilidade<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Para o ano fiscal de 2025, a BTK planeja uma receita de cerca de 110 milh\u00f5es de euros, dos quais cerca de oito por cento na \u00e1rea de log\u00edstica contratual. Seis milh\u00f5es de euros ser\u00e3o investidos na expans\u00e3o da frota, que atualmente conta com 160 ve\u00edculos. Al\u00e9m de cobrir os custos operacionais, dois caminh\u00f5es el\u00e9tricos e 15 caminh\u00f5es de biog\u00e1s LNG ser\u00e3o adquiridos como substitutos para caminh\u00f5es a diesel. Al\u00e9m disso, um investimento de cerca de 400.000 euros ser\u00e1 feito para avan\u00e7ar na digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Para permanecer competitiva, a m\u00e9dia empresa no setor de log\u00edstica deve aumentar continuamente sua produtividade. \u00c9 importante para n\u00f3s que isso seja feito de forma sustent\u00e1vel \u2013 sem impactos negativos no meio ambiente, colaboradores ou parceiros.
