O ve\u00edculo \u00e9 projetado especificamente para opera\u00e7\u00f5es exigentes nas montanhas. Equipado com uma estrutura de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o Kiesling, ele permite o transporte seguro de mercadorias sens\u00edveis \u00e0 temperatura.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Dornstadt\/Garmisch Patenkirchen) &#8220;Estamos felizes em poder entregar novamente um produto especial ao nosso cliente e parceiro, a Ferrovia de Zugspitze da Baviera!&#8221;, diz Niklas Kiesling, CEO da Kiesling Fahrzeugbau GmbH. O ve\u00edculo permite um transporte seguro mesmo em condi\u00e7\u00f5es dif\u00edceis. A tra\u00e7\u00e3o nas quatro rodas permanente, a maior dist\u00e2ncia do solo e uma alta capacidade de carga desafiam as condi\u00e7\u00f5es adversas da montanha.<\/p>\n<p>Em 2008, a Kiesling j\u00e1 havia montado uma estrutura em um vag\u00e3o da ferrovia de cremalheira da Ferrovia de Zugspitze da Baviera, que ainda est\u00e1 em opera\u00e7\u00e3o hoje. Desde ent\u00e3o, a gastronomia na Zugspitze foi expandida e novas exig\u00eancias foram impostas \u00e0 log\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p>Com o novo ve\u00edculo, as cadeias de suprimento nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es gastron\u00f4micas da Ferrovia de Zugspitze da Baviera agora podem ser otimizadas. Com agora nove restaurantes, a Ferrovia de Zugspitze da Baviera \u00e9 uma das maiores opera\u00e7\u00f5es gastron\u00f4micas da Baviera. Por esse motivo e devido \u00e0 localiza\u00e7\u00e3o especial dos restaurantes na montanha, a log\u00edstica para abastecer os estabelecimentos se tornou cada vez mais complexa nos \u00faltimos anos. Para otimizar esses processos, um centro de log\u00edstica est\u00e1 sendo estabelecido em Grainau para abastecer todos os restaurantes. Isso permite, por um lado, o pedido de maiores quantidades e volumes, reduzindo assim o n\u00famero de entregas e, consequentemente, a pegada de CO2 total.<\/p>\n<h5>Entregas antic\u00edclicas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao fluxo de visitantes<\/h5>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, com o novo ve\u00edculo refrigerado, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel abastecer os estabelecimentos gastron\u00f4micos de forma antic\u00edclica em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao fluxo de visitantes nas telef\u00e9ricos e nas vias de acesso. Assim, a entrega de mercadorias pode ocorrer, por exemplo, \u00e0 tarde, quando o tr\u00e1fego de chegada j\u00e1 passou e menos visitantes sobem com os telef\u00e9ricos. Al\u00e9m disso, em per\u00edodos de alta demanda, mercadorias podem ser entregues rapidamente, o que significa uma flexibilidade significativamente melhorada na encomenda de alimentos e bebidas.
