Ele cobre todos os processos e interfaces do manuseio de ULD no aeroporto \u2013 do lado terrestre at\u00e9 o lado a\u00e9reo. &#8220;Isso resulta em menos ou at\u00e9 nenhuma parada, menores custos operacionais e de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e maior capacidade de armazenamento. Combinado com os processos de manuseio acelerados e personalizados do X-Way Mover, esses s\u00e3o os ingredientes para que os operadores de carga a\u00e9rea consigam enfrentar as taxas de carga crescentes e din\u00e2micas dos pr\u00f3ximos anos&#8221;, esclarece Pascal Sch\u00fctz, diretor da DIMOS Maschinenbau.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Multifuncional e multidirecional <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Conversores de ULD convencionais ou empilhadeiras frontais geralmente possuem apenas um chassi de dois sentidos e requerem corredores largos e muito espa\u00e7o para manobrar. O X-Way Mover da DIMOS resolve esse problema com uma dire\u00e7\u00e3o patenteada de 360\u00b0 e um chassi de m\u00faltiplos sentidos, que lhe permite mudar de dire\u00e7\u00e3o longitudinal para transversal sem parar. N\u00e3o apenas como conversor de ULD, ele \u00e9 especialmente \u00e1gil e flex\u00edvel. Com sua plataforma ajust\u00e1vel em altura, o X-Way Mover substitui os Dock de Caminh\u00e3o e pode ser utilizado tanto para carregar e descarregar caminh\u00f5es quanto para transferir para dollys. A plataforma integrada com deck rolante \u00e9 control\u00e1vel de forma proporcional, permitindo que a velocidade de sobrecarga do ULD e a sincroniza\u00e7\u00e3o da plataforma de rolos oposta sejam ativamente controladas. Assim, o X-Way Mover, na forma de um equipamento de armazenamento ou ETV, tamb\u00e9m permite o armazenamento e a retirada de cont\u00eaineres ULD at\u00e9 o terceiro n\u00edvel de prateleira a uma altura m\u00e1xima de 7,5 m. A plataforma de rolos do ve\u00edculo possui m\u00e1xima estabilidade e seguran\u00e7a gra\u00e7as a dois mastros de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso permite alcan\u00e7ar uma alta precis\u00e3o de posicionamento de forma eficaz e independente da carga. Os usu\u00e1rios maximizam assim sua flexibilidade na configura\u00e7\u00e3o do armaz\u00e9m, pois n\u00e3o precisam mais pensar apenas em corredores, mas podem posicionar o armaz\u00e9m de forma individual no sal\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Configura\u00e7\u00e3o individual para uso vers\u00e1til <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Devido \u00e0 constru\u00e7\u00e3o padronizada, mas ainda assim modular do ve\u00edculo, o X-Way Mover pode ser adaptado individualmente \u00e0s necessidades, processos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es do usu\u00e1rio. Por exemplo, uma vers\u00e3o do ve\u00edculo com altura de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o individual, em arranjo WEL (Wide Edge Leading) ou NEL (Narrow Edge Leading), com largura de 10, 15 ou 20 p\u00e9s e capacidade de carga sob demanda de 7 a 14 t pode ser configurada. O mesmo se aplica \u00e0 forma de acionamento. O X-Way Mover est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel em vers\u00e3o totalmente el\u00e9trica, tanto com potentes baterias de \u00edon de l\u00edtio quanto com baterias de chumbo-\u00e1cido cl\u00e1ssicas, que s\u00e3o adequadas para tempos de opera\u00e7\u00e3o mais curtos.
