O objetivo da HARDER logistics \u00e9 gerenciar centralmente todas as atividades comerciais a partir da nova localiza\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Neu-Ulm) Apenas 14 dias ap\u00f3s a concess\u00e3o da licen\u00e7a de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, a HARDER logistics come\u00e7a as obras de amplia\u00e7\u00e3o planejadas na zona industrial de Riffelbank. Como empreiteiro geral, a empresa Blautal Bauunternehmen de Blaubeuren j\u00e1 est\u00e1 ativa no local da constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Os seguintes elementos est\u00e3o planejados: * Armaz\u00e9m log\u00edstico com altura de 10 m, \u00e1rea de 4.800 m\u00b2 * Edif\u00edcio de escrit\u00f3rios, de dois andares, 800 m\u00b2 * \u00c1reas externas log\u00edsticas para a frota, 4.500 m\u00b2 \u00a0 &#8220;Com o investimento de cerca de nove milh\u00f5es de euros, completamos nosso passo estrat\u00e9gico para nos posicionar de forma segura para o futuro, sustent\u00e1vel e logisticamente bem na localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Neu-Ulm. Temos uma conex\u00e3o direta com a autoestrada A7 e a estrada europeia B 10&#8221;, explica Marcello Danieli, propriet\u00e1rio executivo da HARDER logistics, durante a cerim\u00f4nia de in\u00edcio das obras.<\/p>\n<p>Na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de uma estrat\u00e9gia de sustentabilidade hol\u00edstica, o operador de mudan\u00e7a de neg\u00f3cios aposta em uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas. Isso inclui a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de um sistema fotovoltaico para o fornecimento de energia para consumo pr\u00f3prio, bem como a infraestrutura de carregamento da frota. Uma bomba de calor ar\/\u00e1gua aquece o edif\u00edcio de escrit\u00f3rios, al\u00e9m de tetos de aquecimento e resfriamento adicionais. Um sistema de gerenciamento de energia inteligente garante uma intera\u00e7\u00e3o ideal entre as diferentes fontes de energia. Um telhado verde no edif\u00edcio de escrit\u00f3rios ajuda a integrar bem o complexo na natureza.<\/p>\n<h5>Armaz\u00e9m de cont\u00eaineres totalmente automatizado desde 2022<\/h5>\n<p>Em 2022, a HARDER logistics j\u00e1 havia inaugurado no terreno da zona industrial de Riffelbank um armaz\u00e9m de cont\u00eaineres totalmente automatizado com uma capacidade de armazenamento para 250 cont\u00eaineres, com um volume de investimento de 7 milh\u00f5es de euros. Este possui uma caracter\u00edstica inovadora \u00fanica.
