A DB Cargo utiliza pontes de c\u00e2meras j\u00e1 existentes para isso. Com a iniciativa de IA na ferrovia de carga, a Deutsche Bahn segue sua estrat\u00e9gia de crescimento de longo prazo, Strong Rail: o olho digital garante mais mercadorias na ferrovia amiga do clima, pois a opera\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser realizada de forma muito mais r\u00e1pida e eficaz.<\/h5>\n<p>(Mainz) A DB Cargo j\u00e1 utiliza pontes de c\u00e2meras para diagn\u00f3stico digital de vag\u00f5es de carga de forma abrangente h\u00e1 algum tempo. No total, 13 pontes de c\u00e2meras est\u00e3o localizadas nas oito maiores esta\u00e7\u00f5es de carga da Alemanha. Os trens de carga passam por portais equipados com c\u00e2meras de alta velocidade e ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o. Uma IA analisa as imagens capturadas em busca de danos.<\/p>\n<p>Agora, uma nova funcionalidade est\u00e1 sendo implementada: as informa\u00e7\u00f5es mais importantes dos vag\u00f5es podem ser lidas e analisadas em quest\u00e3o de segundos por meio da IA. A rotulagem dos vag\u00f5es cont\u00e9m dados operacionais essenciais, como peso pr\u00f3prio, freios, dimens\u00f5es de carga e muito mais. A verifica\u00e7\u00e3o desses dados \u00e9 legalmente exigida e deve ser realizada novamente a cada forma\u00e7\u00e3o de trem.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 agora, os funcion\u00e1rios realizavam esse trabalho manualmente com longas listas de TI, o que demandava um tempo consider\u00e1vel. Com o novo processamento de imagem suportado por IA, a DB Cargo pode reconhecer e processar com precis\u00e3o os 15 principais r\u00f3tulos de um vag\u00e3o de carga. A nova tecnologia de IA est\u00e1 agora sendo testada em todo o pa\u00eds. Ela deve acelerar a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos vag\u00f5es de carga e, ao mesmo tempo, facilitar significativamente o trabalho dos funcion\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<h5>Financiamento pelo Minist\u00e9rio Federal de Digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e Transporte<\/h5>\n<p>Os clientes da DB Cargo s\u00e3o os principais benefici\u00e1rios disso.
