Como no ano anterior, maio apresentou picos no volume de carga (+112 % em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2023) e alcan\u00e7ou um novo recorde anual com uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia de carga de 81 %. O n\u00famero de ofertas de carga no transporte interno alem\u00e3o no segundo trimestre foi, no total, 66 % superior ao do mesmo trimestre do ano anterior. Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o primeiro trimestre, o n\u00famero de ofertas internas na Alemanha tamb\u00e9m aumentou em dois ter\u00e7os.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Erkrath) No m\u00eas de maio, que \u00e9 forte em feriados, h\u00e1 anualmente uma necessidade de transporte especialmente alta. Para lidar com esses picos, as capacidades adicionais necess\u00e1rias s\u00e3o principalmente procuradas em bolsas de carga. Tamb\u00e9m os carregadores e as transportadoras, que normalmente utilizam principalmente parceiros de transporte fixos, aumentam a emiss\u00e3o de ordens de transporte nesta situa\u00e7\u00e3o. &#8220;Os pre\u00e7os das ofertas nas bolsas de carga geralmente s\u00e3o mais lucrativos do que as condi\u00e7\u00f5es fixas acordadas&#8221;, explica Gunnar Gburek, chefe de Assuntos Empresariais da TIMOCOM. &#8220;Os transportadores muitas vezes n\u00e3o est\u00e3o dispostos a disponibilizar mais capacidades aos seus clientes a pre\u00e7os de carga relativamente baixos. Portanto, muitos clientes come\u00e7am a oferecer as ordens de transporte abertas nas bolsas de carga.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A escassez de motoristas e o aumento de fal\u00eancias contribuem para os gargalos de capacidade no mercado de transporte. No mercado da TIMOCOM, ap\u00f3s uma queda de 28 % nas ofertas de espa\u00e7o de carga no 1\u00ba trimestre de 2024, no segundo trimestre de 2024 foram oferecidas 3 % menos capacidades de caminh\u00f5es do que no ano anterior. &#8220;Uma maior demanda e pre\u00e7os em alta geralmente incentivam os transportadores a construir novas capacidades. No entanto, a m\u00e1 infraestrutura e a imprevisibilidade da viabilidade de novas tecnologias de propuls\u00e3o fazem com que muitos hesitem&#8221;, diz Gunnar Gburek. &#8220;Isso pode levar a que uma poss\u00edvel recupera\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica seja interrompida pela falta de capacidades.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A TIMOCOM recomenda aos carregadores a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de bolsas de carga fechadas, onde as rotas adicionais necess\u00e1rias podem ser oferecidas. Assim, os parceiros de transporte fixos conectados a essas bolsas t\u00eam a oportunidade de solicitar pre\u00e7os de mercado atuais para essas rotas por meio de propostas de pre\u00e7o. &#8220;As ofertas nas bolsas de carga s\u00e3o atualmente geralmente mais lucrativas do que as condi\u00e7\u00f5es fixas acordadas no in\u00edcio do ano.&#8221; Gunnar Gburek, chefe de Assuntos Empresariais da TIMOCOM.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Os pre\u00e7os das ofertas e as propostas de pre\u00e7o flutuam<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Dentro da Alemanha, os pre\u00e7os das ofertas de cargas apresentadas no 2\u00ba trimestre de 2024 variaram, dependendo da demanda atual, entre 1,61 \u20ac\/km e 1,83 \u20ac\/km em m\u00e9dia semanal. O pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio no segundo trimestre foi 13,9 % superior ao pre\u00e7o das ofertas do mesmo trimestre do ano anterior. Em contrapartida, as propostas de pre\u00e7o dos transportadores no 2\u00ba trimestre mostraram valores m\u00e9dios de at\u00e9 1,93 \u20ac\/km. Em semanas de alta demanda, o pre\u00e7o solicitado para rotas internas na Alemanha aumentou significativamente. Isso representa um aumento de 17,4 % em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2023. Assim, os pre\u00e7os de oferta e demanda est\u00e3o claramente distantes. &#8220;No final, ambas as partes provavelmente chegar\u00e3o a um acordo no meio&#8221;, comenta Gunnar Gburek.<\/p>\n<p>Considerando todas as rela\u00e7\u00f5es europeias, o pre\u00e7o da oferta foi em m\u00e9dia de 1,60 \u20ac\/km. As propostas de pre\u00e7o para os transportes internacionais, por outro lado, estavam em m\u00e9dia em at\u00e9 1,58 \u20ac\/km, quase no n\u00edvel do pre\u00e7o de oferta. Aqui, a diferen\u00e7a n\u00e3o era t\u00e3o clara, pois rotas mais longas e transfronteiri\u00e7as geralmente permitem um pre\u00e7o por km mais barato, e os custos de diesel e ped\u00e1gio variam em peso dependendo da regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Os pre\u00e7os de oferta mais altos foram encontrados em rotas para o Reino Unido: os valores m\u00e1ximos para ofertas de transporte, principalmente da Su\u00ed\u00e7a, It\u00e1lia e Fran\u00e7a para o Reino Unido, estavam em m\u00e9dia semanal entre 2,34 \u20ac\/km e 2,75 \u20ac\/km. O esfor\u00e7o adicional devido a complicadas formalidades aduaneiras e longos tempos de espera nas fronteiras, bem como a dificuldade em encontrar retornos adequados, s\u00e3o raz\u00f5es essenciais para os pre\u00e7os relativamente altos.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Expectativa de um buraco de ver\u00e3o: queda nas ofertas de carga at\u00e9 agosto<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A previs\u00e3o para o terceiro trimestre de 2024 indica uma queda na demanda no mercado de transporte. A rela\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia de ofertas de carga para espa\u00e7o de carga dever\u00e1 estar abaixo de 70:30 nos tradicionalmente mais fracos meses de ver\u00e3o, julho e agosto. Somente a partir de setembro, em vista do pr\u00f3ximo com\u00e9rcio de Natal, \u00e9 prov\u00e1vel que haja um aumento sazonal nas ofertas de carga.
