Paralelamente, a MTTE tamb\u00e9m dobrou seu faturamento nos \u00faltimos tr\u00eas anos. Al\u00e9m disso, Alexander Allgaier foi nomeado COO.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Osnabr\u00fcck) Com a expans\u00e3o do pessoal, a MTTE tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 ampliando sua estrutura organizacional e n\u00edvel de lideran\u00e7a: a nova posi\u00e7\u00e3o de Chief Operating Officer (COO) ser\u00e1 ocupada por Alexander Allgaier (41). O natural de Heilbronn est\u00e1 na MTTE desde 2022. Ele inicialmente cuidou da \u00e1rea de vendas de Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg e, posteriormente, de outras regi\u00f5es no sudoeste. &#8220;Estamos muito felizes que, com Alexander Allgaier, um colega competente de nossas pr\u00f3prias fileiras assuma a desafiadora nova fun\u00e7\u00e3o de COO&#8221;, diz o diretor-geral da MTTE, Bj\u00f6rn Reckhorn. &#8220;O Sr. Allgaier ser\u00e1, a partir de agora, o coordenador e a interface entre os diferentes departamentos da MTTE: vendas, t\u00e9cnica\/desenvolvimento, processamento de pedidos, oficina\/servi\u00e7o e p\u00f3s-venda. Assim, ele apoia nosso din\u00e2mico processo de crescimento no mercado alem\u00e3o e europeu.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Como uma joint venture da Mitsubishi e do especialista em unidades de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o HEIFO, a MTTE n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas importadora geral dos sistemas de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o japoneses da Mitsubishi, mas tamb\u00e9m prestadora de servi\u00e7os para todo o mercado europeu. O motor do crescimento \u00e9 a estrat\u00e9gia de eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o consistente da empresa, que visa oferecer ao mercado solu\u00e7\u00f5es de zero emiss\u00f5es para o futuro \u2013 como, por exemplo, com as novas m\u00e1quinas de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o totalmente el\u00e9tricas TEK ou TEJ para log\u00edstica urbana e transporte regional.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Servi\u00e7o t\u00e9cnico e vendas est\u00e3o sendo expandidos<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da lideran\u00e7a, a MTTE tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 continuamente expandindo o servi\u00e7o t\u00e9cnico e as vendas. O objetivo \u00e9 estar ainda mais pr\u00f3ximo dos clientes em cada regi\u00e3o, tanto com parceiros de servi\u00e7o quanto com pessoal pr\u00f3prio. &#8220;Dessa forma, podemos intensificar o atendimento ativo ao cliente, otimizar os processos e o servi\u00e7o na sede e expandir ainda mais o servi\u00e7o m\u00f3vel na \u00e1rea&#8221;, explica o novo COO, Alexander Allgaier.
