Os dois armaz\u00e9ns din\u00e2micos de reabastecimento para mat\u00e9rias-primas oferecem uma capacidade de 272 suportes de carga especiais cada, com um peso de at\u00e9 1.350 kg, e operam 24 horas por dia, sete dias por semana.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Neuenstadt) O componente central da solu\u00e7\u00e3o extremamente compacta \u00e9 o armaz\u00e9m de viga elevat\u00f3ria do tipo Kardex MTower, desenvolvido pela Kardex Mlog, que foi projetado especificamente para armaz\u00e9ns estreitos e altos. O princ\u00edpio baseia-se em uma viga elevat\u00f3ria guiada verticalmente, sobre a qual se move um carro distribuidor. O armaz\u00e9m autom\u00e1tico de paletes opera mais rapidamente e de forma mais eficiente do que outros conceitos de armaz\u00e9m baseados em sistemas de manuseio de prateleiras.<\/p>\n<p>Com os dois novos armaz\u00e9ns de mat\u00e9rias-primas, a BASF desacopla a entrega externa do fornecimento de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Os dois sistemas Kardex MTower id\u00eanticos est\u00e3o localizados em edif\u00edcios adjacentes e permitem o fornecimento automatizado de mat\u00e9rias-primas para uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o. &#8220;O Kardex MTower foi escolhido principalmente pela sua necessidade de espa\u00e7o de base extremamente reduzida e pela altura de constru\u00e7\u00e3o vari\u00e1vel, com a qual podemos otimizar os edif\u00edcios existentes&#8221;, explica Aaron Werner, engenheiro da BASF SE. Os armaz\u00e9ns, com 24,7 m de altura, foram conectados a dois andares de edif\u00edcios, de modo que n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio um elevador adicional.<\/p>\n<h5>Ciclo das paletes do sistema \u00e9 totalmente autom\u00e1tico<\/h5>\n<p>As mat\u00e9rias-primas est\u00e3o em Big Bags, que ao serem armazenadas s\u00e3o levantadas juntamente com a palete de madeira em paletes de sistema de pl\u00e1stico com dimens\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas de 1.000 x 1.200 mm. O fornecimento e todo o ciclo das paletes de sistema s\u00e3o realizados automaticamente atrav\u00e9s do sistema de transporte. O layout foi concebido durante a fase de engenharia em conjunto pela Kardex Mlog e pela BASF, de acordo com os requisitos exatos. Assim, apenas paletes de sistema limpas e adequadas s\u00e3o transportadas em todo o Kardex MTower e na tecnologia de transporte. &#8220;Isso garante uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o confi\u00e1vel e permite uma utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o flex\u00edvel dos diferentes suportes de carga, que variam bastante em qualidade e norma&#8221;, diz Marco Burkhart, engenheiro da BASF SE.<\/p>\n<p>As mat\u00e9rias-primas entregues s\u00e3o colocadas por um empilhador na palete de sistema disponibilizada, que \u00e9 ent\u00e3o transportada automaticamente atrav\u00e9s da tecnologia de transporte. Durante esse processo, as unidades de carga passam por um controle de perfil, controle de peso e um scanner autom\u00e1tico captura os dados do artigo.<\/p>\n<p>Os armaz\u00e9ns de reabastecimento s\u00e3o geridos pelo Kardex Control Center, desenvolvido pela Kardex Mlog, com gest\u00e3o de armaz\u00e9m Kardex WMS, visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de instala\u00e7\u00f5es Kardex MVisu e controle de fluxo de materiais Kardex MFlow. No ponto de entrega para o Kardex MTower, o sistema de gest\u00e3o de armaz\u00e9m determina o local de armazenamento adequado e em seguida emite a ordem de armazenamento. At\u00e9 40 paletes por hora podem ser armazenadas dessa forma.<\/p>\n<p>A uma altura de cerca de 19 m, h\u00e1 uma plataforma de trabalho com dois pontos de retirada e um ponto de coleta para materiais de embalagem. Ap\u00f3s a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o do operador, os Big Bags s\u00e3o retirados. Estes s\u00e3o ent\u00e3o manualmente desembrulhados pelo operador, limpos e levantados da palete por um guindaste, sendo entregues \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h5>Paletes s\u00e3o empilhadas automaticamente<\/h5>\n<p>Em seguida, os suportes de carga s\u00e3o transportados para um coletor de paletes vazias, onde s\u00e3o separados e coletados da palete de sistema. Todas as paletes s\u00e3o empilhadas automaticamente e armazenadas no Kardex MTower, at\u00e9 que sejam necess\u00e1rias na recep\u00e7\u00e3o de mercadorias ou solicitadas pelo sistema. A tecnologia de transporte, tamb\u00e9m fornecida pela Kardex Mlog, inclui 44 m\u00f3dulos de acionamento por sistema, como transportadores de corrente, transportadores de rolos, mesas elevat\u00f3rias de tesoura e viradores de canto com mesas elevat\u00f3rias.
