Juntamente com a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do subs\u00eddio aos pre\u00e7os das trilhas, a ind\u00fastria de G\u00dcTERBAHNEN agora espera um choque de pre\u00e7os mortal de mais 121 por cento em um ano. Com isso, a DB InfraGO ultrapassa o aumento de pre\u00e7o anteriormente anunciado de 13,4 por cento. Como o governo tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 cortando o subs\u00eddio federal aos pre\u00e7os das trilhas, o pre\u00e7o por quil\u00f4metro aumentar\u00e1 de dezembro de 2023 a dezembro de 2024 em 121 por cento. A taxa de ped\u00e1gio para caminh\u00f5es aumentou cerca de 90 por cento no ano passado, mas foi um aumento \u00fanico por muitos anos. No transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio, os aumentos de pre\u00e7os s\u00e3o comuns anualmente.<\/p>\n<p>Westenberger: &#8220;Apesar dos desafios atuais para a ind\u00fastria, a InfraGO mant\u00e9m o objetivo de gerar lucros \u00e0s custas das empresas ferrovi\u00e1rias que atuam no mercado. Uma infraestrutura deteriorada, custos crescentes e a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do subs\u00eddio estatal seriam boas raz\u00f5es para reduzir suas metas de lucro em prol do bem comum.&#8221; Um exemplo atual da insatisfa\u00e7\u00e3o com o desempenho da InfraGO \u00e9 o corredor europeu de transporte de carga entre Koblenz e Wiesbaden: Desde esta manh\u00e3, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 mais tr\u00e1fego ferrovi\u00e1rio aqui, pois n\u00e3o conseguem ocupar uma esta\u00e7\u00e3o de controle.<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Lei de Regula\u00e7\u00e3o Ferrovi\u00e1ria (ERegG), que deveria estabilizar os pre\u00e7os das trilhas, n\u00e3o tem alcan\u00e7ado seu objetivo h\u00e1 anos. A Ag\u00eancia Federal de Redes, que deveria supervisionar a compatibilidade dos pre\u00e7os das trilhas com o mercado, est\u00e1 legalmente impedida de agir. As empresas de transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio n\u00e3o conseguem mais justificar tais aumentos de pre\u00e7os a nenhum cliente. O que se segue s\u00e3o livros de pedidos vazios, pois os clientes migram para os caminh\u00f5es, que s\u00e3o prejudiciais ao meio ambiente \u2013 e, finalmente, encerramentos de opera\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<h5>Fixar os pre\u00e7os das trilhas por lei por v\u00e1rios anos<\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;A iminente trassokalypse s\u00f3 pode ser evitada pela pol\u00edtica. Ela deve fixar por lei e diretrizes de subs\u00eddio a altura dos pre\u00e7os das trilhas, como acontece com a taxa de ped\u00e1gio para caminh\u00f5es, por v\u00e1rios anos. Somente se os pre\u00e7os das trilhas forem competitivos em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a taxa de ped\u00e1gio para caminh\u00f5es, a pol\u00edtica alcan\u00e7ar\u00e1 seus objetivos de transporte e clim\u00e1ticos. O objetivo de longo prazo do governo deve ser reduzir os custos operacionais da rede ferrovi\u00e1ria por meio de investimentos crescentes em racionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. A ina\u00e7\u00e3o, por outro lado, se vinga. Cada vez mais G\u00dcTERBAHNEN colapsariam sob a press\u00e3o dos custos.
