Por um lado, ningu\u00e9m esperava essa decis\u00e3o e, por outro, porque aparentemente existe uma oferta concorrente de Rico Back, um log\u00edstico postal de primeira hora.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Por: Andreas M\u00fcller<\/p>\n<p>(Berna) A WEKO justifica sua <a href=\"https:\/\/www.admin.ch\/gov\/de\/start\/dokumentation\/medienmitteilungen.msg-id-99744.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">decis\u00e3o<\/a> afirmando que isso estabeleceria ou refor\u00e7aria uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o dominante do Correio em diversos mercados de correspond\u00eancia e pacotes, bem como no mercado de entrega de jornais e revistas. O Correio Su\u00ed\u00e7o e a Quickmail justificaram as inten\u00e7\u00f5es de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o com uma aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, a WEKO tamb\u00e9m menciona uma oferta de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o adicional (nota: do empres\u00e1rio Rico Back), onde, caso se concretize, ainda haveria competi\u00e7\u00e3o na entrega de cartas e pacotes. Como reportado por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swissinfo.ch\/ger\/konkurs-von-quickmail-billiger-als-kaufangebot-aus-deutschland\/49145546\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">swissinfo.ch<\/a>, a Quickmail est\u00e1 se opondo a uma aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o por Rico Back. Como explicou o presidente do conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o, Marc Erni, uma fal\u00eancia seria mais vantajosa do que a oferta de compra de Back, que, al\u00e9m disso, estaria interessado apenas na parte da Quickpac e desejaria adquirir a empresa pelo menor pre\u00e7o poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Back \u00e9 log\u00edstico de pacotes desde os anos 80<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Rico Back \u00e9 um log\u00edstico de pacotes de primeira hora. Ele j\u00e1 estava envolvido na funda\u00e7\u00e3o da German Parcel (hoje GLS) no final dos anos 80 e liderou o Royal Mail Group at\u00e9 2020. O interesse unilateral na Quickpac \u00e9 compreens\u00edvel, uma vez que o neg\u00f3cio de cartas tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 chegando ao fim na Su\u00ed\u00e7a e as perspectivas futuras est\u00e3o se aproximando de zero. Isso tamb\u00e9m se aplica \u00e0 entrega de produtos de imprensa.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o se pode supor que Back tenha feito a oferta por interesse pr\u00f3prio. \u00c9 bastante plaus\u00edvel que ele esteja agindo como vanguarda de um grupo maior na \u00e1rea de pacotes.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>O resultado \u00e9 incerto<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O que \u00e9 melhor para os atualmente 3.000 funcion\u00e1rios da Quickmail e Quickpac ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e1 claro ap\u00f3s a decis\u00e3o da WEKO. Pois ainda est\u00e1 em aberto se a Quickmail apresentar\u00e1 um recurso e se este ter\u00e1 sucesso. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 totalmente incerto se Rico Back conseguir\u00e1 realizar suas inten\u00e7\u00f5es.
