Todas as funcionalidades ser\u00e3o agora agrupadas e desenvolvidas sob o nome EMP. As novidades incluem uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o web que integra todas as aplica\u00e7\u00f5es ZAPP atuais, um login unificado para consulta de status, interfaces de usu\u00e1rio intuitivas, bem como a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do padr\u00e3o XML para todas as interfaces.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Hamburgo) No total, o fornecedor de software hamburgu\u00eas DAKOSY, operador da plataforma de TI ZAPP (Monitoramento de Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o Aduaneira no Porto Sem Papel), planejou quatro anos para o grande projeto t\u00e9cnico. A fase piloto j\u00e1 est\u00e1 em andamento. O investimento para o futuro deve ser conclu\u00eddo at\u00e9 o final de 2024. O projeto \u00e9 apoiado pelos acionistas da DAKOSY e, portanto, pela economia portu\u00e1ria de Hamburgo. &#8220;Externamente, o desenvolvimento se manifesta claramente pela nova denomina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Sob a marca EMP, reunimos toda a fam\u00edlia ZAPP, incluindo todos os servi\u00e7os, como ZAPP@Gate e ZAPP@Status&#8221;, destaca Kai Stanislaus, respons\u00e1vel pelo projeto na DAKOSY. Os benef\u00edcios s\u00e3o mencionados por Stanislaus: &#8220;A aplica\u00e7\u00e3o web \u00e9 a vitrine para os dados de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o, que s\u00e3o trocados atrav\u00e9s da plataforma, para os usu\u00e1rios autorizados. Ela oferece, entre outras coisas, uma interface de usu\u00e1rio moderna, muitas op\u00e7\u00f5es de filtragem e um login unificado.&#8221; Os primeiros resultados da fase de teste com a EUROGATE mostram um manuseio mais simples e, consequentemente, um fluxo de trabalho melhorado. Desde o in\u00edcio, a aduana esteve envolvida nas inova\u00e7\u00f5es. Assim, a Alf\u00e2ndega de Hamburgo \u2013 AG 30 \u2013 j\u00e1 est\u00e1 trabalhando plenamente com a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o web EMP disponibilizada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Foco t\u00e9cnico em interface XML<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No entanto, a maior parte do projeto ocorre invisivelmente para os usu\u00e1rios. Stanislaus estima que cerca de sete oitavos das inova\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas est\u00e3o em funcionamento nos bastidores. Um foco est\u00e1 na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de interfaces XML para a transmiss\u00e3o de dados, um padr\u00e3o internacionalmente conhecido e reconhecido. A ag\u00eancia de alf\u00e2ndega Behlich de Hamburgo foi a parceira piloto para a importante interface XML de Port Order nesse contexto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trabalhando em conjunto com a economia portu\u00e1ria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O ZAPP foi introduzido em 1997 pela DAKOSY em conjunto com a economia portu\u00e1ria, para garantir a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nica obrigat\u00f3ria de todos os dados de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 alf\u00e2ndega. Desde ent\u00e3o, novos servi\u00e7os t\u00eam sido adicionados para fluxos de informa\u00e7\u00f5es simples, r\u00e1pidos e sem papel para a exporta\u00e7\u00e3o.
