O setor de transporte rodovi\u00e1rio depende de que os desenvolvimentos das tarifas sejam conhecidos o mais cedo poss\u00edvel. S\u00f3 assim existe seguran\u00e7a suficiente para investimentos e direitos. Com o relat\u00f3rio de deslocaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de 2023, que o Conselho Federal aprovou hoje, as informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias finalmente est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis \u2013 mas a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o por parte da ASTAG \u00e9 ambivalente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 positiva a an\u00fancio de que o apoio a ve\u00edculos comerciais com motoriza\u00e7\u00e3o alternativa deve ser reformulado. Est\u00e1 planeado, aparentemente, substituir a atual isen\u00e7\u00e3o total de tarifas exclusivamente para cami\u00f5es el\u00e9tricos por um sistema de descontos neutro em termos de tecnologia para todas as formas de motoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de baixo CO2. Al\u00e9m disso, deve ser realizado um financiamento inicial que compense os custos de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o ainda muito mais elevados em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com ve\u00edculos a diesel convencionais. Assim, se o Conselho Federal e o Parlamento realmente procederem dessa forma, uma exig\u00eancia de longa data da ASTAG seria implementada. Isso proporcionaria condi\u00e7\u00f5es de mercado iguais para todas as empresas de transporte: &#8220;A reformula\u00e7\u00e3o da LSVA deve ser feita de forma que a moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o das frotas de ve\u00edculos seja poss\u00edvel em todo o setor \u2013 para grandes, m\u00e9dias e pequenas empresas&#8221;, diz Thierry Burkart, presidente central da ASTAG.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Sem compreens\u00e3o para o ajuste de pre\u00e7os<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>As perspectivas a curto prazo s\u00e3o desanimadoras. A economia est\u00e1 a desenvolver-se de forma menos din\u00e2mica, e os custos para ve\u00edculos, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e energia est\u00e3o a aumentar continuamente devido \u00e0 infla\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, h\u00e1 uma escassez aguda de m\u00e3o de obra, que eleva os custos de recrutamento e pessoal. No entanto, o governo insiste em um aumento da LSVA de 5 por cento. A justificativa apresentada \u00e9 que as tarifas devem ser ajustadas \u00e0 infla\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 para garantir o financiamento da infraestrutura ferrovi\u00e1ria.
