Albeck, CEO da trans-o-flex. &#8220;Gra\u00e7as \u00e0 nova tecnologia, podemos, por exemplo, reduzir o tempo de inatividade devido a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e muitos ve\u00edculos ser\u00e3o mais silenciosos e econ\u00f4micos gra\u00e7as a um sistema de temperatura el\u00e9trica.&#8221; O pedido dos ve\u00edculos foi feito em 2022 e distribu\u00eddo entre v\u00e1rios fabricantes. &#8220;Quer\u00edamos diversificar o risco de atrasos na entrega&#8221;, diz Albeck. &#8220;Os fabricantes j\u00e1 entregaram os primeiros ve\u00edculos e at\u00e9 o final de janeiro de 2024, todos os novos ve\u00edculos devem estar em opera\u00e7\u00e3o.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Todos os ve\u00edculos de carga recebem inovadores agregados t\u00e9rmicos el\u00e9tricos<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A trans-o-flex ThermoMed receber\u00e1 100 Mercedes Sprinter com carroceria da Spier e 75 VW-Crafter com carroceria da Kress. &#8220;Conseguimos combinar todos os ve\u00edculos de carga com um sistema de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9trica da Mitsubishi&#8221;, explica Albeck. &#8220;Embora sejam mais caros na compra do que os agregados convencionais, s\u00e3o mais silenciosos e limpos em opera\u00e7\u00e3o e t\u00eam custos totais mais baixos.&#8221; O motivo \u00e9 a economia de combust\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<p>Agregados t\u00e9rmicos convencionais de ve\u00edculos utilit\u00e1rios obt\u00eam a energia necess\u00e1ria exclusivamente do motor do ve\u00edculo. &#8220;Quando o ve\u00edculo para a entrega, o motor precisa continuar funcionando para garantir a temperatura&#8221;, explica Albeck. &#8220;Isso n\u00e3o s\u00f3 leva a um maior consumo de combust\u00edvel, mas tamb\u00e9m a um aumento da polui\u00e7\u00e3o sonora.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Inova\u00e7\u00e3o testada em condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais: boa em todas as faixas de temperatura<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Ambos os problemas podem ser evitados com agregados el\u00e9tricos, que a ThermoMed testou na pr\u00e1tica antes do pedido: na faixa de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o pura de 2 a 8 graus, na chamada faixa de temperatura ambiente de 15 a 25 graus, bem como em opera\u00e7\u00e3o de duas c\u00e2maras com ambas as zonas de temperatura. &#8220;Os dispositivos atenderam \u00e0s expectativas em todas as \u00e1reas. Eles s\u00e3o uma verdadeira inova\u00e7\u00e3o verde.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Durante a condu\u00e7\u00e3o, a energia dos agregados el\u00e9tricos \u00e9 fornecida por uma bateria de buffer separada, que \u00e9 carregada pelo gerador. Albeck: &#8220;Instalamos tomadas em nossos port\u00f5es de carga e podemos resfriar eletricamente os ve\u00edculos no ver\u00e3o e aquec\u00ea-los no inverno.&#8221; Como a trans-o-flex obt\u00e9m exclusivamente eletricidade verde de fontes de energia renov\u00e1veis, o pr\u00e9-aquecimento desses ve\u00edculos \u00e9 livre de CO2. Outra vantagem da nova solu\u00e7\u00e3o: em caso de falha do motor, os ve\u00edculos mant\u00eam a temperatura ajustada por v\u00e1rias horas gra\u00e7as \u00e0 bateria.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m dos ve\u00edculos de carga, a trans-o-flex ThermoMed j\u00e1 recebeu 23 furg\u00f5es totalmente refrigerados do tipo Mercedes Sprinter. Outros 230 desses furg\u00f5es especiais ir\u00e3o para a trans-o-flex Express para uso no servi\u00e7o Ambient. Para todas as novas aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es, vale o seguinte: &#8220;Por um lado, os ve\u00edculos j\u00e1 est\u00e3o qualificados de f\u00e1brica de acordo com os padr\u00f5es farmac\u00eauticos, seja pelo prestador de servi\u00e7os Pharmaserv ou pela VL Thermo-Solutions.&#8221; Assim, eles podem ser utilizados diretamente a partir da entrega para transportes de medicamentos. &#8220;Por outro lado, todos os ve\u00edculos agora est\u00e3o equipados com sensores de plugue, com os quais medimos a temperatura.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>120 reboques para os servi\u00e7os regulares<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A vantagem desses sensores de plugue \u00e9 que os ve\u00edculos n\u00e3o precisam ir \u00e0 oficina para a calibra\u00e7\u00e3o anual dos sensores de temperatura. &#8220;Firmamos um contrato com o fornecedor Euroscan Parts &amp; Service, onde os funcion\u00e1rios da empresa v\u00eam at\u00e9 n\u00f3s para realizar a calibra\u00e7\u00e3o de forma adequada.&#8221; Isso reduz o tempo de inatividade dos ve\u00edculos devido \u00e0 manuten\u00e7\u00e3o. O pedido atual inclui, entre outras coisas, 120 reboques de dois eixos da empresa Krone para os servi\u00e7os regulares da trans-o-flex. Atualmente, um total de 467 reboques ativamente refrigerados e certificados de acordo com os padr\u00f5es farmac\u00eauticos est\u00e3o em opera\u00e7\u00e3o no transporte expresso regular.
