O projeto, que abrangeu duas fases, incluiu a desmantelamento e demoli\u00e7\u00e3o de um galp\u00e3o de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como a transfer\u00eancia de doze linhas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e embalagem durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Neu-Ulm\/Sassnitz) A equipe da HARDER consistiu em per\u00edodos de pico de at\u00e9 doze funcion\u00e1rios. O motivo para a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o da HARDER logistics foi a fus\u00e3o dos locais de produ\u00e7\u00e3o do produtor de conservas de peixe Hawesta, com sede em L\u00fcbeck, e da R\u00fcgen Fisch (ambas subsidi\u00e1rias do grupo tailand\u00eas Thai Union) em Sassnitz.<\/p>\n<p>A decis\u00e3o em favor da HARDER logistics foi tomada pela R\u00fcgen Fisch, pois o log\u00edstico industrial p\u00f4de oferecer a combina\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os desejados com pessoal e equipamentos pr\u00f3prios. &#8220;O conceito de desmantelamento e transfer\u00eancia de opera\u00e7\u00f5es de uma \u00fanica fonte nos convenceu&#8221;, relata Ralf Link. O diretor da empresa de planejamento e projetos PKV \u2013 J. M\u00fcller de Ratingen foi respons\u00e1vel pela concep\u00e7\u00e3o e execu\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto, incluindo as medidas de constru\u00e7\u00e3o. Sobre os objetivos, ele diz: &#8220;Os locais foram consolidados para otimizar a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da f\u00e1brica. As obras de reforma visavam alinhar o fluxo de materiais na f\u00e1brica organicamente crescida.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>As atividades relacionadas \u00e0 HARDER logistics come\u00e7aram no final de 2022 com a demoli\u00e7\u00e3o e desmantelamento da parte do edif\u00edcio em Sassnitz, onde uma das duas \u00e1reas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o estava localizada e que deveria ser convertida em um galp\u00e3o de embalagem. &#8220;No \u00e2mbito dessas medidas, deslocalizamos tr\u00eas linhas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e desmontamos todas as m\u00eddias. Os trabalhos de demoli\u00e7\u00e3o inclu\u00edram a remo\u00e7\u00e3o de paredes de concreto armado e a desmontagem de tetos. No total, separamos e descartamos 60 cont\u00eaineres de sucata por materiais recicl\u00e1veis&#8221;, d\u00e1 um vislumbre Johannes Danieli, gerente de projeto da HARDER logistics.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Transfer\u00eancia durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o do galp\u00e3o de embalagem em Sassnitz, a HARDER logistics transferiu, durante a produ\u00e7\u00e3o, as linhas de embalagem correspondentes ao longo de um per\u00edodo de seis meses. Seis das instala\u00e7\u00f5es foram desmontadas pela equipe da HARDER no local da Hawesta em L\u00fcbeck e foram disponibilizadas novamente em funcionamento em Sassnitz em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com os montadores do fabricante. Al\u00e9m disso, quatro linhas de embalagem foram transferidas dentro da f\u00e1brica de R\u00fcgen. &#8220;Ao longo de seis meses, ocorreram cerca de 25 transportes de alta tecnologia entre as duas cidades do Mar B\u00e1ltico, programados em coordena\u00e7\u00e3o com a produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Utilizamos nossa pr\u00f3pria frota, nossa plataforma de montagem e um guindaste de 200 toneladas contratado&#8221;, resume Danieli. Com a combina\u00e7\u00e3o de guindaste e plataforma de montagem, as instala\u00e7\u00f5es foram levantadas parcialmente sobre o p\u00e1tio n\u00e3o pavimentado e transportadas para os andares superiores. O gerente de projeto da HARDER acrescenta: &#8220;Tudo que pesava mais de tr\u00eas toneladas n\u00e3o foi trazido pelo elevador de carga, mas sim pelas fachadas.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5>Per\u00edodo de duas semanas foi apertado<\/h5>\n<p>Na \u00faltima etapa do projeto, a HARDER logistics transferiu uma linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de saladas de L\u00fcbeck para Sassnitz e trouxe uma outra linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o armazenada temporariamente para a f\u00e1brica agora otimizada para o fluxo de materiais. O planejador de projetos da R\u00fcgen Fisch, Ralf Link, destaca como um desempenho especialmente not\u00e1vel: &#8220;O per\u00edodo de cerca de duas semanas para esvaziar, desmantelar e demolir o futuro galp\u00e3o de embalagem foi apertado. O sucesso dessa etapa dependia do sucesso das fases seguintes do projeto.
