Com um sistema de gest\u00e3o de p\u00e1tio personalizado, a LogBer garante processos suaves e assegura a m\u00e1xima visibilidade de todos os bens presentes no ambiente de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/h5>\n<p>(Ahrensburg) &#8220;Na otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o da intralog\u00edstica, o foco muitas vezes est\u00e1 apenas em facilitar ou acelerar a retirada de mercadorias de um armaz\u00e9m e, assim, o fluxo de materiais&#8221;, diz o diretor da LogBer, Jonas Bauschke. &#8220;\u00c0s vezes, esquece-se que os bens n\u00e3o encontram seu lugar no armaz\u00e9m por conta pr\u00f3pria, mas geralmente s\u00e3o entregues ou retirados por caminh\u00f5es.&#8221; Com o aumento da produtividade de uma empresa, a interface entre transporte e armaz\u00e9m pode rapidamente se tornar um gargalo cr\u00edtico, observa Jonas Bauschke: &#8220;Se o tr\u00e1fego de caminh\u00f5es no exterior n\u00e3o for organizado com o mesmo cuidado que os processos log\u00edsticos dentro das \u00e1reas de armazenamento, os processos podem rapidamente ficar paralisados e a efici\u00eancia aumentada na \u00e1rea central da empresa ser\u00e1 comprometida.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5>A gest\u00e3o de p\u00e1tio \u00e9 um elemento importante da intralog\u00edstica<\/h5>\n<p>Para a LogBer, a intralog\u00edstica &#8220;come\u00e7a na entrada do terreno da empresa&#8221;, e, consequentemente, a gest\u00e3o de p\u00e1tio \u00e9 regularmente considerada uma parte integral dos conceitos log\u00edsticos desenvolvidos pela LogBer. Em vez de esperar pacientemente na fila ou ter que procurar temporariamente um espa\u00e7o de estacionamento, os fornecedores inicialmente dirigem-se a um novo estacionamento criado fora do terreno da empresa. Atrav\u00e9s de um terminal de atendimento instalado l\u00e1, o motorista do caminh\u00e3o se registra via auto-check-in. Enquanto recebe instru\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a, a reserva de recebimento \u00e9 preparada. Uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de ponta a ponta \u00e9 utilizada, que gerencia todos os processos relevantes, desde o pedido no sistema ERP at\u00e9 a reserva de janelas de entrega, passando pela reserva de recebimento e o checkout do caminh\u00e3o. Sem mais formalidades, a doca designada no terreno da empresa pode ser acessada diretamente. As mensagens de status do software de gest\u00e3o de p\u00e1tio tamb\u00e9m podem ser encaminhadas para o sistema interno da empresa, para que qualquer equipamento especial ou pessoal adicional necess\u00e1rio para a carga ou descarga esteja dispon\u00edvel a tempo.<\/p>\n<h5>Sem mais congestionamentos na entrada<\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;Desde que todo o processamento do tr\u00e1fego de entrega foi transferido para o sistema de gest\u00e3o de p\u00e1tio, a situa\u00e7\u00e3o na entrada e no terreno da empresa melhorou significativamente&#8221;, observa o diretor da LogBer, Jonas Bauschke. &#8220;Sem mais congestionamentos na entrada, e a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com caminh\u00f5es de fornecedores que bloqueavam estacionamentos internos durante os tempos de espera tamb\u00e9m acabou.&#8221;
