Com a ajuda de uma ponte de c\u00e2maras, que captura visualmente os trens de carga de todos os lados, danos podem ser detectados precocemente e at\u00e9 mesmo a carga pode ser escaneada. As imagens ser\u00e3o analisadas no futuro por uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de IA, que fornecer\u00e1 informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o estado dos vag\u00f5es e da carga. Por exemplo, mat\u00e9rias-primas industriais como metais ou sucata podem ser reconhecidas e classificadas mais rapidamente.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Sigrid Nikutta, membro do conselho de transporte de mercadorias da Deutsche Bahn, e Judith Gerlach, Ministra Digital da Baviera, iniciaram hoje na esta\u00e7\u00e3o de manobra de Nuremberg a opera\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica em todo o pa\u00eds para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de IA no transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio de mercadorias.<\/p>\n<h5>Mostrar a intelig\u00eancia artificial na pr\u00e1tica<\/h5>\n<p>Dr. Sigrid Nikutta, membro do conselho da DB para transporte de mercadorias: &#8220;O transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio de mercadorias \u00e9 uma log\u00edstica comprovada, com a qual j\u00e1 economizamos sete milh\u00f5es de toneladas de CO2 todos os anos. A intelig\u00eancia artificial ser\u00e1 a partir de agora uma parte integrante de nossas opera\u00e7\u00f5es. Para nossas empresas na Baviera, a IA \u00e9 uma grande oportunidade, se for utilizada corretamente. Isso deixa claro o que sempre deve ser v\u00e1lido: a IA apoia o ser humano, n\u00e3o o substitui. A IA est\u00e1 aqui para o ser humano, e n\u00e3o o contr\u00e1rio.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5>No total, 20 pontes de c\u00e2maras em opera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h5>\n<p>A primeira ponte de c\u00e2maras em uma esta\u00e7\u00e3o de manobra iniciou o teste em 2017 na esta\u00e7\u00e3o de manobra de Nuremberg. Atualmente, existem 13 pontes de c\u00e2maras em Nuremberg e em sete outros locais da DB Cargo, que est\u00e3o sendo gradualmente equipados com a nova tecnologia de IA. A detec\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica de sucata est\u00e1 atualmente sendo testada com o primeiro cliente da ind\u00fastria do a\u00e7o e, assim, apoiar\u00e1 futuramente os clientes da DB Cargo da ind\u00fastria do a\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p>A ponte de c\u00e2maras na esta\u00e7\u00e3o de manobra de Nuremberg permite a an\u00e1lise cuidadosa do vag\u00e3o de carga na tela. Os funcion\u00e1rios encarregados da manuten\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o progressivamente apoiados pelo uso de m\u00e9todos de intelig\u00eancia artificial (IA). Assim, surgiu uma nova e atraente profiss\u00e3o, o Diagn\u00f3stico Digital. Tamb\u00e9m os mestres de vag\u00e3o, que cuidam da inspe\u00e7\u00e3o dos vag\u00f5es de carga no local, devem ser aliviados no futuro. At\u00e9 agora, a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o do trem de carga leva mais de uma hora, dependendo do comprimento.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Como funciona a ponte de c\u00e2maras<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Um conjunto de c\u00e2maras captura imagens de alta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos vag\u00f5es de carga de cima e dos dois lados. Um software de IA desenvolvido especificamente para isso ajuda na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o precisa, independente das condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas e da luz do dia, dos vag\u00f5es de carga. Uma intelig\u00eancia artificial aprende a reconhecer danos de forma cada vez mais automatizada.
